I very nicely shared with an employee that the stuff in the hot area was over due to be thrown out (by almost an hour ?) to be given an "okay" and then I watched the same employee sell one of the things that were nearly an hour past the sell time without any second thought. Coming from a restaurant this absolutely disgusts me, Food and health safety is obviously not a concern for that employee or location and makes me uncomfortable to think what else is going on here.
