They wouldn't warranty my craftsman ratchet. I had to take it Ace Hardware in Menomonie. They warrantied it with no problem.

Ace Hardware seems to vary a lot region by region and in my opinion Eau Claires are some of the worst I've been in. Aisles are cramped, chronically understaffed, and they don't warranty any of the tools they sell. It's crazy to me that a major hardware store chain won't stand behind their products. With all the other home improvement stores in town, they wont be getting my money.

Very helpful paint department! I needed a paint color from Hirshfield's, and they are closed on Sunday. They were so helpful and gave me a perfect match on their products.

Overpriced and was out of a number of sockets. Out of the 4 types of the size I needed they had one. The young guy at the register was polite attentive and helpful so he gets them two extra stars for great customer service

This hardware store is your neighborhood friendly store. Has so much to offer and selection. Paint, hardware, fall leaf bags, everything imaginable. They're also very friendly and service orientated. They never disappoint me.
