Bathroom was clean & so was the store.

Good place to go for decent groceries, mostly fair deals, although the only thing I don't like is the occasional pretentious attitude that one can find in a place where people often have a false sense of superiority over the person next to them. It's not that the store itself, or the employees for that matter, that isn't the problem. it's the customers. Give respect>get respect.

Hy-Vee overall is my preferred place to shop for groceries, have a beer and lunch watching a game, get weekend supplies for entertaining, and while I'm there afterwards I stop to gas up and grab the sweets or snacks I told myself not to when shopping. Gas is comparable to competition, not as busy and rushed as KwikTrip. Very clean, excellent coffee selection, great in the go lunches.

Staff is a little rude. They're always distracted or not at the register. We've had to wait several minutes a couple times we've been there because no one in the store was to be found. One lady seems to get upset that a customer walked in and she has to stop doing what ever it is she's doing to provide service. Cold coffee and tea are always out of stock or "out of order". I think its worth mentioning that these people dont check the sell by dates on their beverages, one of which made me ill enough to go to ER, where i was treated for food poisoning. If you purchase goods here, CHECK THE DATES!!! Gas is about the only thing "convenient" about this place.
