2nd time I've had the same girl cut my hair. Horrible both times. Pretty sad that I had to remind her to make my lower beard line even on both sides. She went through the cut so fast, she missed spots. Had to go home and clean everything up. I will not be back

Gigi did my cut, I love the hair cut and she was friendly and professional. The reason for not 5 stars is because when you check in they want more info than necessary. Just my name is all I believe I need to give for a hair cut. The lady at the front desk wanted my name, phone number, and address. I said I wasn’t comfortable giving my address and she said they can’t cut my hair until I do. I’m not sure why my address was needed for a hair cut, and really there’s no acceptable answer for that. I gave a random address and moved on.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! brought a client in for a haircut and sat and watched about 15 other people come in for haircuts. Every one was sooo nice, kind, patient, knowledgeable and really personable and cared about every person who walked through there door.. and my client was beyond happy!!!! So nice and refreshing to see. Thank you!

One advice: Use their online check-in if you want a haircut. Otherwise, you could be potentially waiting for a long time as people who have checked in online will bypass you (if they checked in earlier but come later).They also remember your last haircut and so if you want the same, that's convenient. I like changing the length of my hair based on the season and have to explain it every time.In terms of quality, I am not very picky and have mostly been satisfied (for the cost). It's a no frills place: no shampoo and hair styling and all that at least in the basic package. Finally, they send coupons from time to time which can make your haircut 40% or so cheaper. If you have very specific tastes, you might be better off at a more specialised salon as I have seen people complain about their mohawks to their hairdresser and stuff.

Worst haircut ever! I went to my car and cried. Let me start out by saying that my expectations were not high, I was getting a budget haircut on a Sunday but this person looked at the pictures I showed her and acted like she knew what I was looking for. I wanted a kind of simple cut with longer hair in the front and short layers in the back. In every picture I showed her the front of the hair was to the chin, she started by cutting the front right up to my cheekbone!!!!!! My hair is so thin and now short, I hate even looking in the mirror. I am not a confident person to begin with and did not want to have a confrontation at the salon, I mean it's not like she could fix it it was already gone do not go there it is like an assembly line and they don't take time or care about the customer. I mean really who starts short, you always cut longer because you can take more off. I know it will grow back but what do I do in the meantime

The girl who cut my granddaughters hair did a horrible job a simple bob and it looks like she just cut around her head she didn't follow the hair style like she said she was doing this was 45 minutes ago I'd like it fixed

My son asked for.an inch off the lady heard an inch left. So his Long hair got screwed and is now short. He loved his long hair and was extremely sad when we left the salon. He said she should be fired. However I believe with all my heart she did not do it intentionally and she felt bad after I stopped her ( but it was too late). She also paid for his cut cause she felt bad. Everyone is human no one is perfect but I wish she would have heard him correctly. It was just a disaster and he kept him self composed so well while at the salon. Hair grows back yes but he is devastated. Poor kid.Services: Kids' cuts
