Just by going in the drive through with people that are customers I can hear the horrible customer service. I've seen them accuse people of being addicts for picking up their scheduled prescriptions for certain medications. I've seen them deny people their medication right after they got off the phone with the doctors and insurance companies and agreed to give the patient their insurance. Definitely not a place I'd ever give business to.

Poor pharmacy service . Always crabby behind the counter. If you call, you are on hold for an hour usually! They need more help!!!!

Obvious short staffing at this location. Only 1 worker for the pharmacy on a Saturday who is trying to answer the phone, administer vaccines and also service prescriptions. Drive thru closed. Huge line in the store barely moving.

No one answers the phone.... Also tried calling the CVS at Target in Eau Claire.... for ONE HOUR tried calling. No one answers the phone there either. Do better CVS!!

We have one monthly prescription to pick up, and yes, sometimes I have to wait a bit to get it, but I can ALWAYS see that ALL the staff behind the counter are busy-busy-busy, and I know they're doing their best. It's hard to get through on the phone to the pharmacy, but all in all, I'm pleased with the pharmacy and find their text reminders very helpful. The staff seems to change often, but they are always kind and patient.The CVS store is AWESOME. I have always found incredible deals there by using my coupons like a bandit. The supply is always good, and when something is out, a staff member will work with you to get it back in stock as soon as possible. Brodie helped me once or twice with that.The prices are somewhat higher, but the coupons can be stacked and sometimes I laugh all the way to the car at how much money I saved on things I need, in my neighborhood, without having to drive all the way across town to WallyWorld.On 10/23, I popped in to the store with a concern. A new staff member had not scanned my coupons when I shopped a few days before and told me "they were on my card." I didn't think it worked like that and checked my receipt later. It appeared to me that the coupons had not been applied, and there were MANY.I spoke with RJ and Katelyn about my situation and they studied my receipt for about ten minutes until they had it figured out. RJ ran out to the floor to get different products to scan them to check against the receipt.It took a while, but they were able to calculate how much I missed saving due to the other employee's error, and they took it off my new purchase. Folks, it was a HUGE savings.They were kind, patient, understanding, and determined to make things right.I LOVE THIS CVS!Thanks, RJ and Katelyn!Keep up the good work.See you next time.

35 minute pharmacy drive thru wait at 11pm and not a single other customer in the entire store. Still ok, better off that they were at least open instead of being forced to wait 10 more hours to receive emergency prescriptions!

I'm going to assume that the people at this location don't get paid well enough for what they do. Especially in the pharmacy. My hospital sent my prescriptions in and I waited there 20 minutes in the car line and they told me my insurance didn't work there. I looked it up and all my meds are covered. I think they were so backed up inside that the pharmacist didn't look, or didn't care enough to look. I don't leave many 1-star reviews but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I'll be going to Walgreens from now on.

They wouldn't let me buy allergy medicine through the drive through even tho there is a sign right next to the window that says allergy medicine now sold through the drive through they said they don't care

Me and my sister went to the cvs off Hastings in Eau Claire Wi and one of the employees a man took one look at us and as he was originally putting merchandise on shelf's he then put his merchandise in the back and proceeded to follow me and my sister around the store making us very uncomfortable to the point I didn't say to his face really put to my sister so he could hear would be nice if he would let us do our shopping without feeling uncomfortable and after 2 more times making it known to him that he was making us uncomfortable and him not stopping, my sister and I decided to leave the store and will no longer shop at cvs there anymore . Completely disrespectful and uncalled for. 0 stars rude ass cvs employee should be taught some damn respect and how not to stalk ur customers while they shop . Had to select one star otherwise it would not submit

Don't waste time on sending medication here. It can be sent in over a month a head and you'll still have to wait half a day to get the medication!!! ?You're better off going to any other place. Unfortunately, my insurance only works with CVS?

I never leave reviews but this just could not sit with me. Would have given 0 star if I could. Every single times is just horrible and the straw that broke the camel s back is I has requested a refill 5 days earlier tried calling the pharmacy multiple times but no one would pick up the phone. Refill was supposed to be ready on Thursday. On Friday morning I spent 45 min waiting for someone to pick up the phone that didn't happen drove to the drive thru to be told the refill request was never sent and it would take me an hour now. When I explained my frustration to the pharmacy tech she just shut the window at me.

I had a great interaction with both employees last night while shopping there. I wasn’t That familiar with CVS; Brodie got me all hooked up on the Kodak picture kiosk and the other nice man got me $10 off on my Easter candy with a CarePass Membership, which really sounds like something I’ll use each month on other things! Expect to frequently be on hold for 30 minutes just to speak with a pharmacy associate. Then expect them to be rude to you.
