I just wanted to say THANKS to the Chippewa Valley Energy Team that has always been there when I needed them. When I call, they answer and are always friendly and sincere. When I need a tank fill, the driver is prompt, safe and professional. I even like their Billing Department. I have never been so happy paying a bill because I see the value in their product and in their service team. I have no idea why anybody would do business with some other company. Outstanding customer service! We are new customers - Dustin brought our new tank, and then ran the lines to connect our new generator. He went above and beyond to ensure we understood how everything was connected and how it worked.

Chippewas Valley Energy deserves a round of applause and a big hug! I’m 44 with a terminal Illness and it has been a life changing for myself and and my family. Joel and Becky offered to share a vision of the work of God with my husband and we got to go in their hot air balloon!!! Your donations are life changing!!!

We just switched from ALC (I’m not publicly stating their name but if you research them, you will see why so many of their customers are leaving them ?) to Chippewa Valley Energy. Customer service with CVE is outstanding!! The gals in the office were very helpful and explained the steps we needed to take to switch providers.Josh was out to our home on time, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, swapped out our tank and answered all of our many questions in a timely fashion! Josh is an asset to CVE!Thanks again and we look forward to being loyal customers for many years!! Keep up the good work!!!

I've called a few times now complaining that my gate does not get locked up after the oil tank has been filled. Once again today the same guy did not lock the gate & it's not that difficult to lock! I have a dog that has Addison's Disease she's on daily medication & also gets injections every 5 wks. I am very upset how careless this oil man once again has been locking my gate! The gate is always locked. Other than this careless delivery guy I have no ther complaints. The ladies in the office are always helpful & nice.

Quick in-out unloading in 20 mins. Nice staff.You need to check-in with the office and they will tell you where to go. They opens up 7 am
