Horrible customer service on 2/4/24. Nobody knew what they were doing. A group of four buying over $1000 of audio equipment kept getting passed in line by others, and I was behind them. Employees pulled other customers to the front to check out and ignored the group and myself. I had a five minute trip turn into ten minutes before I gave up, left and bought the same thing from Amazon for $12in 3 clicks and two day shipping. Best Buy, good bye forever I guess. Or teach your employees what a line is.

I waited for over 20 minutes for help with new IPads. They kept saying they'd send someone over but I never got help. Bad service.

Don't waste your time with these stores! Spent a half hour on the phone with their stupid call center confirming they were able to do the screen protector on my Z-fold4 and made an appointment. Made the 2 hour trip to their store and waited a half hour to find out they don't do them. Luckily there is a uBreakiFix just about across the street that was GREAT and way better to deal with! Save yourself the time and go to uBreakiFix first.

?? you suck. Two broken TVs. And then try to keep my money. Good luck with thatUpdate: they gave me another tv that actually works. If they ever try to convince you that you broke two TVs that you know very well you didn’t, message or call corporate rather than deal with the people in the store. Who I might add if you have ever worked in shipping before, know exactly how those TVs got broken in transit before I ever touched them

The budget cutting has extended to not hiring sales staff. Not a good way to generate sales.

I was pleased with the knowledge sales staff who did not try to upsell. They directed me to products that were on sale and adequate to my needs.

Hands down, the best experience I've ever had. My phone died. It was dead dead. So when I took it in to replace it, it was a painful process to transfer everything over. Kaden was my main rep and Travis helped as well. They stuck with me through the whole process and I could not be more grateful. Excellent customer service.

This place never has stock anymore. You should be proving wrong that online is the only way to go. Yet you perpetuate the closing of brick and mortars by being lazy and not maintaining logistics to supply your customers. Best Buy won't last. It's so sad to see this as a consumer. You never have what the customer needs on your shelves. The customers just wont come back. Jeff Bezos continues to get paid because of your lack of business stategy to supply product at the finger tips. This WAS the best experience for the customer... To see the product. To feel the product. To experience the product before purchase. You company is taking that away from consumers. And its obvious you will suffer from it. All Hail Amazon!!! Such a sad day.

This is still my go to place for the highest quality televisions but it's sad to see the CD and blu-ray inventory reduced down to nothing.

I will no longer do business with Best Buy. Purchased a clothes dryer from them. They charged me $200 to have one of their "experts" to convert it to propane. When the dryer was delivered, their expert stood in my garage watching a YouTube video on how to do the conversion, then couldn't complete the conversion because the incorrect part was shipped. Reschedule & the same incorrect part was shipped. This happened four (4) times. I tried to explain when the 2nd, 3rd & 4th incorrect part was received that it wouldn't work, but was told I was wrong. When you call the store, you can't talk to someone at the store, you go to a central call center. The agent said they would have a manager give me a call....i'm still waiting for that call to be returned. Finally decided enough was enough and returned the dryer. I had to wait again for them to send a truck to pick up the dryer which was sitting in pieces in my garage. It was a fight to get Best Buy to refund the conversion charge. This simple purchase dragged on for over a month.I went to Amundson's in Eau Claire & had a dryer installed in four (4) days with the propane conversion occurring before the dryer was delivered.I've cancelled my Geek Squad membership & will never do business with them again

Curbside pickup was fast. Store is open, easy to navigate and items are put away. Service was tough to find, I felt like I could figure out what I needed, but the layout for items is confusing. It felt like there were accessories in about 4 different places for styluses.Store lost a sale for accessories because I could not locate what I wanted to buy in under 10 minutes. Layout is not intuitive for non-tech person.
