It’s hard to find a trustworthy and affordable repair shop these days. The folks at ATS went above and beyond to meet our needs and save us money in the process. They’re friendly, very knowledgeable, and did a great job of explaining the issues with my vehicle. I couldn’t be more happy with our experience there, and will definitely be back in the future.

ATS has always been my choice for my automotive needs. They came as a referral for a used car I bought from an elderly couple. I was new in town and needed a solid trustworthy company. I found it in John family company and all their employees! I overheard Scott help a walk in customer that needed help with a transmission issue. He gave the most solid and logical trustworthy advice that I’m sure will keep that customer coming back for years. The last thing is a big THANK YOU for ATS in being the best auto repair shop in Eau Claire!!!
Just another major repair and I trust ATS IN THEIR WORK ETHIC AND FAIR PRICING. .

Very knowledge staff willing to go the extra mile. Got a quote from a different shop and brought it to ATS for a second opinion. They took a closer look at determined the fixes were not needed and saved me $1000. Definitely recommend!

I made a frantic call to ATS on a Friday morning because my husband‘s truck had developed an unpleasant odor. They very kindly found time to help us, and bravely dealt with a family of deceased mice. We were so relieved to have the issue taken care of before the smell could worsen over the weekend. Our brother-in-law recommended ATS to us, and we are so happy that we took his advice. Thank you, ATS! ?

Disappointed this time around with their communication which led to additional charges.
We've spent $6500 here since December on a Dodge Grand Caravan. My wife brought it in for oil change this week and just asked if they could take a quick look at oil around filter. Just wondering if it was a new problem or leftover from a previous issue ATS dealt with for us a few months back. It was determined it was left over oil from a previous problem (a bad oil change at Woodman's that left oil all over the place from an improperly installed oil filter...I asked ATS to redo the oil change, inspect the vehicle, and clean up the oil mess during that visit a few months back).
Unfortunately, that "look" alone cost us $70 and wasn't communicated up front. So an oil change plus a "look" (at something they were supposed to have taken care of during our last visit) ended up being $140. I called and spoke with them about it...they said my wife signed for it when she dropped off the keys and they weren't able to do anything about it. Super disappointed because up until now I felt they were going to be my new go to place in town. Not anymore.

I am very please with the service that was provided. ATS was able to get my UWEC student’s car in and out right away at a fair price. It feels good as a parent knowing there is a shop that their child can use at a moments notice and that they will not be taken advantage of. Thanks ATS!

I had my 03 Impala taken here for over a year, and I now have a different vehicle and I can honestly say I have never been done wrong by ATS and I consider them a trustworthy mechanic shop. If I could it'd be 10/10, been to a few different shops and ATS tops it.
