I rented a small storage unit here from December 2019 through August 2021. Marcia has been absolutely amazing to work with, beginning to end. She’s kind, courteous, responsive, and the prices are some of the best I’ve found in town. I highly recommend A+ Storage to anybody who’s looking for a storage unit in the Eau Claire / Altoona area.

I would have given this place a better rating but we paid for 6 weeks and told them we may not need it for this long. We used it for 2 weeks and got no money back for the time we didn't use. My opinion, bad business.

I am giving this a 5 star rating because of the way that i was treated with my storage unit i rented. The owner/Marsha went out of her way to make sure that the storage rental worked for me with size & type of unit I needed. I admit I did have a problem with mice breaking into my unit, but Marsha handled the problem quickly and professionally. She was outstanding! I would recommend this storage place to anyone, and if i need storage ever again, she will be the first place I go to!

Very secure. A lot of room for reasonable rates. The owner was super accommodating and very pleasant to deal with.
