Had a quote on my steer tires for my f450 at $168 each. No problem there. Had the truck done. Got back to pick up the truck and the bill was $668 . Over $300 in labor to replace two tires is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be revisiting bauer built ever again. I will be taking my fleet of trucks elsewhere from now on. I spend over 15k a year on various tires . Very disappointing.

Had a flat tire on an old piece of a farm equipment with dry rotted tires. Called ahead to see if they could help me out not knowing anything about what tires I had. Brought the two tires in and the had them replaced in about an hour. Was able to finish planting before the rain!

Horrible experience with Bauer Built in Durand. I took my Flex in for tires and an alignment 4/22/22. This past Saturday my tire went flat while driving and the cords were showing due to an alignment never getting done even though I paid for one. In seven months time I am paying for two alignments, two full sets of tires and 2 rounds of mounting and balancing due to the alignment issue. When we reached out to Bauer Built they only wanted to compensate us for the alignment and labor. They “can’t” do anything about the tires because I didn’t buy them from them, meaning no warranty. I bought the tires brand new online because they were cheaper. The tires weren’t defective so they shouldn’t be needing a warranty, right? The tires were fine, it was the alignment that didn’t get done that caused the damage. If a mechanic installs a new motor and forgets to add oil it’s not the motor manufacturers fault or their responsibility to replace the motor, it’s the shop/mechanics problem because they didn’t add oil! Same thing here. The tire manufacturer did nothing wrong here but yet Bauer Built “can’t” back up their work or lack there of? Swell! Bauer Built should be installing new tires and doing an alignment free of charge!

Edit/update: ball joints were just replaced and the mechanic not only did it faster than was expected but also did a great job saving more money than was expected. Definitely recommend this place.Fixed an alignment issue on our truck awesomely fast. It was great to have it fixed so easily and correctly.

I had a slow leak on an inside dual. They pulled it off, found the leak, put it back on and didn't charge me a dime. I tried to pay and he still wouldn't take any money. Best service I've had in a long time! Thank you very much!

The service I've received here is top of the line. I've bought tires at a great price and only get my vehicle oil changes here because of the speed and price. The staff is also knowledgeable and will answer any questions.
