Thank you to the lady working the pharmacy drive thru window on the afternoon of 9/9 for going to the shelf and getting a bottle of children’s Motrin so I didn’t have to carry my sleeping toddler into the store. We were at a wedding down the road and my toddler fell, which resulted in minor injuries but I could tell he needed something for pain. He fell asleep on the way to the store so I was in a pickle…wake the toddler or hope the pharmacy can help me through the drive thru. She gladly did help and my momma heart was so very thankful for this kind woman. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I'm transferring back to walmart, even tho walgreens is cheaper for me. They do not appreciate being asked questions regarding meds.

Staff is hit-and-miss, some are friendly and some are downright rude and unhelpful. The store layout is unappealing (though clean). I've loved other Walgreens stores, but this one has no soul. I moved all my prescription business to Wal-Mart instead, just so that I wouldn't have to go in this store.

. . . I went in to buy a bag of tobacco. The clerk asked me for ID. I said lady, look at me, I'm 70 years old. She said she still needed to see my ID. . . . . . . . I don't think I'll go back again. I can go over to Walmart and buy ammunition without showing my ID.

My 91 year old mother needed a medication last week and was unable to pick it up. It was very important that she have this medication. The pharmacy employees that evening determined it was important enough, that they delivered the medication to her in Barneveld at 8:30 in the evening. Big heartfelt thank you to Walgreens in Dodgeville for taking their time, and for their compassion for our elders.

In keeping with the cynical "holiday spirit", the Dodgeville Walgreens has so many liquor displays at their entrance that any stated interest in community health is purely hypocritical and just a lie. Dodgeville, like much of rural Wisconsin, already leads the nation in alcoholism and alcohol related motor vehicle accidents and deaths. Walgreens management should be ashamed. Business must be slow for a "healthcare provider" to stoop so low for the almighty buck. At least now, we can see where Walgreens' true allegiance lies and it's not to their customers health! Standard Walgreens. Standard layout. Makes it easy to find what you need (if familiar with the company). Friendly staff for 9pm on a Monday. Seems like a quiet place in general though.
