Trez was the best smartest and nicest customer service agent I have had in a long time. I asked if I could write this review. His boss is very blessed to have him as employee!!!!

Very positive group to work with I was returning cuz I got stupid and changed to someone else different carrier for a while and very attentive very helpful and if I didn't know how to do something on my phone to help with the switch you're right there to make sure I got it done right. Glad to be back

Staff is most friendly and most helpful. I travel from Rockford, IL up to this store because the Customer Service is So Much Better than Rockford's!
