Our 1st time here (for my daughters bday) Let me start out by saying the decore and atmosphere is stunning! You know this is a great place, as it was so busy, every station was thriving (manicure, pedicure, styling, cuts) The staff were so pleasant, fun and knowledgeable. Caitlin was my daughters stylist and I must say wow! She definitely knows what she is doing. My daughter has thick curly hair. The time and diligence put in was truly amazing and made the birthday girls day. We will definitely be back and I will be recommending to all my friends ans family.

Great experience all around! My daughter wanted highlights and a cut. Debbie did an amazing subtle first time color for her being 13. Turned out beautiful! Very fast, priced great and turned out beautifully. She was very confident walking out❤️

I'm new to the area & haven't had any "Mommy Self Care", in a LONG TIME. So I called Salon 11 this morning with a last minute decision to get my hair cut & I was able to be seen before work, which was awesome! I was seen by Kiana & let me tell you.... I WILL be coming back! She knows her stuff, for sure & it shows! The vibes in the salon were perfect as well as the cleanliness. Everyone was so sweet & Kiana listened to my requests while also suggesting her vision for my hair. I trusted her to take the lead & I literally walked out feeling like royalty.
