“After a bad first impression I was slowly won over by the staff. Coming from a customer service background I have higher standards coming into that type of environment. But in the end of the visit I was won over and the staff ended up being great. Everyone has bad days, maybe it was just a bad moment when we happened to walk in. I won’t hold it against them. Especially after the visit ended positively. Clean store. Helpful and knowledgeable. The payroll manager was there too and he helped out a lot also. “While the company and the service are very meh, the customer service at this location is excellent. I was greeted promptly, my voice was heard, so we didn’t waste time on all the ways I had already tried to solve this. After 14 years with att this was one of the only positive experiences with the company and it wasn’t for service it was just the service at this location.
5 stars for the store. 3 for AT&T”
