I bought quite a few cars in my life but I never had the excellent service that I had at Kunes. They told me ahead of time what paperwork they would need, and when I got there we had everything and I kept handing them whatever they asked for I felt like a queen just sitting there while they did all the work. All I had to do was sign papers of course I had to hand them my ID and stuff but other than that, and they also found me the lowest insurance rate on my brand new car my old Insurance Company wanted to charge me more than my car payment and I said no thank you and Gabriel and Luigi found me the perfect insurance with everything I needed for about the same price I was paying for my old car. The staff at Kunes is fantastic and they are so easy to work with, thank you again for all your help in getting my new car. They are also transferring my Disabled License plates for me. I just can't say enough nice things about them.

I was a little put out with my bill of a oil change and tire rotation costing me $100.68, really. 50yrs of doing business at this dealership with know complaints. Hate to say this but your driving me out of this dealership as a customer. Just saying.

Someone called me and informed me that the drivers side seat belt was in now. I made an appointment. Lo and behold I drive an hour to get there and the seat belt was on back order.. this is the 2nd time I have driven to Delavan and wasted my had and time due this seat belt just to find it WASN'T
IN yet!!!!! I am really getting frustrated 16th this. The driver's side seat belt is getting worse. It is frayed.

Just bought a 2024 Cadillac Escalade V and I 1000000% love it. The best part about the whole experience is that I let Jesse and Russel know 2 months in advance what I wanted and what I was looking for and they went out and found it for me. Amazing guys and I won't buy a car anywhere else

Update: Thanks for your response, but I have called and emailed, filed a better business bureau claim (which shows you have over 260 BBB claims!, no surprise) spoke to a sales manager and finance manager and I did not receive any response until I said I would call the local news! I was charged over $6,000 for “extras” then was told I could cancel them at a pro-rated refund. The refund you sent is half of what the “pro-ration” calculation is and now again, no one will respond! I will be suing you! This is not $30 it’s over $4,000 you are scamming me out of. Greed is sickening. Stop buying dealerships and get the ones you have running properly. Should be ashamed.
Check your paperwork. You will sure be paying for all the “extras” they claim to be throwing in. Took over a month of threats to get my refund. Never again!
