“After a bad first impression I was slowly won over by the staff. Coming from a customer service background I have higher standards coming into that type of environment. But in the end of the visit I was won over and the staff ended up being great. Everyone has bad days, maybe it was just a bad moment when we happened to walk in. I won’t hold it against them. Especially after the visit ended positively. Clean store. Helpful and knowledgeable. The payroll manager was there too and he helped out a lot also.
