Do not stay here. Ever.
We just recently stayed and two people in our group had incidents of falling down the steps on the pool. The steps and floor of the pool are slimy. There are tiles popping up and are sharp. The hot tub overflowed. There is algae all around the top of the hot tub. The whole place is filthy. We couldn't even get into the pool because supposedly the battery needed to be changed on the scanner, which was told it would be 15-20 minutes. It was never done. They taped the door open. The rooms were disgusting. There were stains on the shower curtain. Stains on the curtains that looked like blood. Everything smelled. You can smell cigarettes and a musty smell everywhere. The sheets were not clean. My husband had brand new white socks on that he walked around in the room for a few hours with them on and they were black when he took them off. They went in the garbage. I've never cleaned and disinfected so much in my life. Three of us in our group are also now sick with Covid since staying there.
We got put in a whirlpool room, which we did not reserve. And while that may seem nice, it was the stupidest thing ever. The shower is in the tub. The tub is deep and filthy. Red, slimy bacteria can be seen. There is also no shower bar to get in and out. It's not great for short people or people who were injured in the pool. There is nothing to hold onto to get in and out. Good luck!
I also filled out an incident report for the pool situation and was told it would go to corporate and they would contact me within a few days. Corporate never received it, nor do they care because this hotel is independantly owned and operated. They are wiping their hands of anything that goes on there. The idiot at the desk didn't care about any of this. He didn't offer a discount or a refund. Nothing. He made a copy of the incident report and sent me on my way. No case number. No nothing.
I will be cancelling my Choice Priv account and credit card. I have no interest in supporting anyone that doesn't stand behind the customer's interest and will do nothing to help. I have a doctor bill from this as well, and won't get reimbursed for that either. This is the worst hotel stay we've ever had. All of us. I wish I had taken a ton more pictures to show the filth of this place. The only reason we didn't check out and go somewhere else is because we were in a crunch situation with a lot going on and didn't have time to go somewhere else.
I seriously implore you....do not stay here. They need to be shut down.

Josh was amazing with communication and made sure he answered all my questions. Filled me in with what is in the area for food to make sure this is where I I wanted to stay. I highly recommend this place.
Rooms: I recommend the king size suite with the hot tub. Great room.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quality of this hotel! We booked the cheapest, decent hotel on very short notice and didn’t expect much but as soon as we walked in, the cleanliness of the lobby and complimentary refreshments really stood out. We were greeted by a wonderful gentleman who made the check in process quick and easy. The breakfast was pretty darn good as well! Every staff member who we ran into was super nice and helpful. Would 100% recommend and will go back next time we’re in the area!

Very nice motel with relatively large rooms priced reasonably. A stay at Comfort suites also includes a hot breakfast to start your day. Bottom line : I would choose to stay at a comfort suite again.

This place is 5 star hotel that doesn’t like to brag. You are getting more than you are paying. Stop reading the reviews and book immediately before it’s sold out. Me and wife were amazed on how good of a hotel this was in a small town! The rooms feel more like home!She refused to leave initially and I am not kidding. You gonna thank me later! Enjoy you stay!

READ THE REVIEWS. LOTS OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF. Desk worker/Manager was EXTREMELY uncooperative and disrespectful. Every time we asked for something, it seemed like we were bothering him. He did the bare minimum and was very sarcastic with every interaction. Ruined the place for us. I filed a complaint about him but still have not heard back. We will not be back.
The electric outlets were not working on one side of the bed. The elevator signage assumes it's always wet. Pretty hard to take that seriously. It's down at the end of a long hallway. How is it always wet? Ever hear the story of the Boy Who Cried Wolf?
Breakfast was good, with a decent variety.
Rooms: Nice hot tub in the room. The jets would turn themselves off and on every few minutes. That continued after we emptied the tub. Had to turn it off when it tried to run the jets when it was empty.

This place was so nice. We were shocked at how amazing our room was for the price we paid. Hands down the best hotel we've stayed at in a long time. The pool was actually warm enough to enjoy and the hot tub was nice and hot like they should be. They have a lot for breakfast. A make your own omlet station, waffle makers, eggs, potatoes and sausage, biscuits and gravy and of course cereals and different breads and fruits. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

I have stayed here in years past, as I am not from Wisconsin, however; I do business in this state. Those of you how have noticed the arrogance of certain staff members, you are not alone. There seems to be a wretched odor of this current defuncted liberalism that has reared it's ugly head throughout our nation. I refer to the term If you were able to get a room you were fortunate. I was rejected from even making a reservation there in Delavan, as the staff member that took my call (after waiting ten rings to pick-up) did not like the questions that I was asking, and stopped me just long enough to tell me (and with little explanation; that I do not fit the criteria of what they/he expect in a quest, and that this conversation must cease to continue). The questions that I was asking were legitimate ones, and related to what I had noticed at this particular Comfort Suites during my past stays. Issues such as whether or not gang members regularly stay there, or possibly the characters that I noticed wondering the (dimly lit) halls with large headed Cane Corso or Bullmastiff type dogs were typical quests. This clerk found that my asking if Mexican cartel members stayed there was the final straw, and that everyone was welcome there except for my family. I was forced to look else-ware for a room. apparently I was not woke enough for this clerk, or not woke at all, but just a no-nonsense conservative white male. Where did I go wrong? I just wanted to know who was staying there.

Great place to stay if your planning on visiting lake Geneva area. Close to shopping attractions and restaurants. Nice and clean property as well as the rooms. Friendly staff. The breakfast is just right. It's basically scrambled eggs sausage potatoes and biscuits and gravy. There is an omlet station where it's basically a place to fry up pre-measured scrambled eggs and then you put on the toppings after. They also have 2 waffle stations that are not messy and make sure you spray both sides of the griddle. Enjoy
