It is 70°F outside. Why is it so cold in this Kwik Trip! The moment I walked in I couldn't wait to leave. I might have bought something after using the restroom but I was too cold. I have been to hundreds of different Kwik Trips over 35 years and none were ever this cold. Don't make your customers suffer because your manager has an overheating problem.

Placed online order for 8 piece tender today. Totally over cooked / left in fryer too long. Exterior should be tan and "tender". These had dark brown exterior and crunched like over down fried chicken. Pieces all needed to be pealed to be edible.

Ive been going to this kwik trip for over a year now,its the closest one to my house and thats the only appeal of this store. Regularly cashiers aren't paying attention to customers,and we have to wait while they finish talking,they never call for back up while there is a long line. Just poor customer service overall. Typically the only time i have a good experience is when i go there when 3rd shift is running. Condiment bar is usually empty,and when it is full the ingredients are poorly prepped.

Very good kwik trip. The staff are always nice and the store is always clean. They have a pretty decent selection of things to choose from as well. Kwik trip is always my go to and just like all other kwik trips this one does not disappoint. I would recommend stopping.

This assistant manager needs a raise. KWIK trips are wonderful to begin with. She was so pleasant smiling and professional for my little purchase milk and donuts. I've been to many stores/restaurants lately so many have terrible service, not friendly and almost to point of exhausting trying to get basic service. I'm a professional server, I am empathetic and not demanding and I believe I am there to serve my customers. It is the job! She was fabulous-thank you. Give that woman a raise!

Went in there and wanted to get a chicken tender melt and some fuel I opened the chicken tender melt and it was overcooked and only one chicken tender. Usually 2 at other Kwik trips. I paid for it because I opened it but I left it with the cashier. Then I just went to another gas station. I learned my lesson. I will leave Kwik trip alone.

Despite the outdated and relatively dirty (non Kwik Trip) bathrooms… staff is friendly and the rest of the store is organized well.

Great gas station. But the car wash is Horrible. I would never recommend the gas station. This is my truck after a $11 wash.
