Took my new 2024 gsxr750 to them, cuz I just couldn't get the suspension dialed in. Everyone at the shop was super nice. Took maybe 30 minutes and I can't believe how much it helped. I was even able to get the last of my chicken strips gone on the ride home. Definitely well worth the 80 bucks!

I love bringing my stock new bikes to these guys and leaving with what feels like a completely different bike. Very professional and very nice group of people to work with. They took care of my new 2024 ZX10R, which the odometer just turned 100 miles when I got there. I can't wait to bring my wife's brand new bike to them for her suspension adjustment. They set up my suspension at road America and the bike candle's great it's a little more firm than it was before but it's very well balanced and feels stable

Great to work with for suspension needsFixed my Buell damper assembly, even though my manual said no serviceable parts.Can't wait for good weather to test out.Also, track side support & tuning at some events!

I absolutely love these guys! When people are passionate about their work it’s unmistakable. That is so true about the team here! I met Mark and Nathan at Blackhawk Farms as they adjusted my suspension. Mark’s expertise lead him down the right path that I had an internal problem with my drop in cartridges.I emailed a few days after to see if they could correct the situation and Meghan was quick to reply and set me up for a drop off appointment. She took the time to do a little research and get to the root of the problem and order the correct parts for me. Being the typical customer, I didn’t give them much time to work on it as I had a Track Day coming up.Long story short, they delivered when they said they would and my bike feels amazing. Their tech, Nathan, was super cool and very knowledgeable as well. I rode the bike this weekend and it feels so much better now that it’s set up for me. I am very happy with work and service at Trackside. I am not a racer but, I like my street bike and I appreciate a vehicle with a nice suspension. I let Megan and Mark know exactly what I was looking for from my bike and they made it happen. After the parts were installed, Mark and the tech took the time to set the final adjustments with me on the bike. My bike feels and rides completely different and new. My bike feels planted in the corners, stable and nimble thru the country roads and supple enough for the rough city streets. Getting your bike set up for you is essential. Its money well spent. I would highly recommend Trackside Suspension & Engineering to anyone.

Worth the ride over to them. Highly recommended. Iv spent a couple thousand dollars worth on modifications for my bike and had no idea a 50$ suspension tweak would be the best one so far. Feels like I'm riding on rails.. a completely different bike. The ride home was an amazing experience.

I nearly damaged the upper eyelet on my TTX shock using another brand preload collar without the thrust bearing due to the spring spinning and twisting the shock. After watching a youtube vid on Dave Moss’ channel about different preload collars I searched vigorously and found the collar with thrust bearing here at Track Side Suspension!
Machining of the collar and fit of the preload stick is far superior. But the most important caveat is the set screw trackside includes has a hard plastic end to avoid deforming the threads on your shock body. Without the plastic at the end of the set screw or placing a hard density foam as a buffer using a regular set screw you can say good bye to your shock body. The other brand does not include set screws and makes no mention of potentially damaging the threads on your shock body.
Very satisfied with this collar. Just wish it was easier to google search but glad I found it!
