If you have work done make sure you have eneything in writing on your bid. If you need to inform them they made a mistake take a witness. I have never been treated so rudely in my life by a business when they were at fault for an error. They made a mistake drilling holes in my cabinet doors, kept them to fix and when I got them home and unwrapped then the hinges fell out of the doors. I was then accused of opening the doors too much and making them fall out when you could look at the hinges and see they were incorrectly routerd twice.. I will NEVER return to them again. Also unwrap and inspect every piece before you leave the business to make sure pieces are not damaged and to spec for your order.

salesperson was very helpful. We went three different times before we placed our order to be sure furniture would fit in the area we are putting it. Even when we called she was patient and answered all our questions. Can't wait for our orderr to be made!
