Stopped while in the area and picked up some items. Store had a slight off-aroma, but seemed clean otherwise. Picked up a fresh strip steak and cooked for dinner - it was excellent! Also picked up two packs of baby back ribs, which I thawed for dinner the next night. One looked fine had a foul aroma that I opted not to cook, but the other was on point and delivered tender, flavorful ribs - better than you'll get at the megamart.It's not in my area so I won't seek it out again, but shop carefully and wisely and you'll find some nice morsels. But beware that some items may not be up to typical standards.

I have never paid so much for venison in my life. Granted I didn’t get some brats and sticks. But almost all of my meat went bad because the sealer they used didn’t stay sealed. Ended up throwing $200 of venison away! Not happy at all!

I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUTCHER AGAIN!!!! Took two steers there in Oct 2022, one being a fair steer and the other a finished feeder. They were Charolais/simmental crosses. One was 1217# the other was 1131#, 18 months old. Was told 35% of live weight is take home. GOT BACK 28% ridiculous! One steer yielded 336# and the other was 324#. We have had dozens of steer processed through our regular place but due to a fire we had to find a different butcher. Poor service and very unprofessional. Had to waited almost a hour just to unload my steers, because they throught washing an RV during operating hours was more important than customer service. Don't let my experience be your story to. Never again!!

Purchased some sticks and jerky and summer sausage. sticks were mediocre at best jerky was decent and I got a pretty messed up stomach from the summer sausage. and what really turned me off was there bathroom it was disgusting.... which tells me how there sanitary practice is....

The quality is outstanding. Not a fancy store, just great products and fair pricing. The Polish style Brats are the BEST! Get the Hungarian style if you want a little paprika heat.

First time here, older building, variety of different Sausages and meat. We purchased Cookies, German Brats, Buns, and Keilbasa. Very bland, not enough spices added far as sausages go.. Cookies good, Buns fresh and tasty. Place could be cleaner, dust on can products. Will probably not return. There are too many other Meat Markets and Stores that offer better quality products.

Needed to process a deer in a pinch, venison was wrapped poorly, bloody mess. Steaks and chops still had sliver meat on it, bone chips too. Giving them 2 stars only for their brauts.

Horrible place. They should not be in business. Two of my friends brought in deer for processing and they could not believe how little meat they got back. On top of shorting them on the meat what they did get was a mess. Lotts of hair on the meat, the silver and fat not trimmed off, bazar ragged cuts with bones left in the meat. I have no idea what the hell goes on there.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. I bought some beef short ribs from this place. Took it home and threw it in the fridge. Next day I open up the package and the beef was discolored and smelled sour already.

You walk into this place and it smells horrible. I should’ve walked out! Got sick from their salad. Recommend going to Ski’s instead!

Walked in, employees were arguing, swearing, and throwing things around. Why I didn't leave after that, I don't know. Morbid curiosity? Eventually I was barked at, surprised to see it was a human, even the owner perhaps. I inquired about the 25lb beef box advertised online, and was met with fury. How could I be so daft to want something advertised on their website? Overall, you can and should spend your money literally anywhere else.
