We have tried contacting this dealership on two separate occasions about completing safety recalls on our 2022 RAM. We tried several times when reaching out to the service department.
No one has EVER contacted us back! I even talked to a lady and she said they would call me back and….nothing.
I bet if we were interested in purchasing a new vehicle someone would contact us right away.

By far the worst service department I have ever seen! I have been trying to get a safety recall done on my f350 for months and all I get is the run around. I am contacting Ford with the issue now with this dealership. Stay away at all cost! They will trade your safety for a dollar.

Took my jeep in for a tire balance and rotation. Just days later my tire fell off( rear driverside) and then my jeep started knocking after that. Had it towed and specifically told them it was because it was knocking. Jeep when in the shop Feb 28 2024. Didn't get a call that it was ready until April 22 2024. Went to pick it up and it was still knocking. They said they assumed it was because we had big tires and didn't actually look into it. So I left it in the shop. Just got a call today and because they are aftermarket parts they do not believe they are at fault and should not pay to fix it. We just bought the jeep in June of 2023 and have only done oil changes so far. Worst service ever!

I was very nervous out getting a new to me vehicle. But, Ray was absolutely amazing. He knew I needed a very dependable vehicle that I was going to be safe in and that was going to last me a while. He was patient, friendly and helped me find the absolute best vehicle for my needs! I would absolutely recommend Don Johnson Motors in Cumberland, specifically Ray if he is available!
