Deer Grove Vet Clinic's is only in this for the animals. A happy and healthy pet is the number one priority of the entire staff. My dog had an emergency, I called 13 places in Madison, ALL the other vet clinics wanted to put premium price on a visit or wait 2 weeks to see us. Luke and Dr. Maren not only made room for my dog that day, but didn't charge us emergency fees. They truly just want to help! My dog is happy and healthy today because of the care and knowledge of Dr. Maran and the staff at Deer Grove Pet Clinic! Thank you! You have a customer for Life!!

For over 11 years deer grove saw our pup. But I think the most important impression a vet can make is the last time they see your pet. Deer Grove, specifically Dr. Raab, were so compassionate when we made the decision to euthanize our dog. Dr. Raab said all the right things for us to manage the grief and say goodbye. And then the final visit our dog had with the vet was incredibly special and peaceful. Caring for our pets while they are alive is so important, but a vet that can treat you and your companion so lovingly in the end is unforgettable.

Absolutely love the vets and staff here. They are very kind and extremely understanding. I really appreciate Dr. Raab for taking my 18 year old senior pom in during an emergency due to her age/kidney problems. Dr. Raab was able to administer IV fluids and stabilize my dog. She was also great at following up, including contacting the emergency vet hospital to inquire about the tests they ran. Dr. Raab has/continues to go above and beyond to help my elderly dog heal, feel better, and continue living a good quality of life.

My cats are fairly new patients, however, our care has been outstanding in our short amount of time! I have never been able to get in so quickly to a vet on an urgent basis before, it was so nice to be able to come in the next day when my cat wasn’t feeling great. The front desk staff (special shout out to Brittnee, she’s is always so kind and positive), the vet techs, the doctors are all amazing and compassionate. I couldn’t be happier with our vet care, would highly recommend them to anyone seeking veterinary services!

I have used this vet team for almost 3 years now. I want to recognize how amazing this team is, as they have helped my dog, Daisy, in an emergency situation TWICE outside of regular business hours. I was not completely satisfied with the service. Front staff was friendly but, I did not ask for one of the shot my dog received it was automatically given. It was not a necessity. I drive in from Monona and I was afraid I was going to run out of gas so I did stop to get gas I forgot to do the night before and I was about 10-12 minutes late and was told I would have to make another appointment. This was 8 in the morning and I was the only client there. Dr Frame could not see my dog. I have not been back since.

Dr. Rabb is an excellent veterinarian and works very well with my extremely anxious "nervous nelly" dog Eggsy. We were able to find an as needed medication regimen that works to help him be more comfortable in situations that are stressful to him. She's also great with my calm pooch Addi and Addi actually enjoys going to the vet to see everyone there. Very friendly, animal loving group of amazing humans.

My pup started a really bad cough almost over night - honking, wheezing, coughing up foam. It made for a rough night, and of course, as a big snow storm started. While other vets closed, Deer Grove got us in first thing in the morning. Got her checked out to ensure there were no major concerns beyond kennel cough. Got her some medications to ease symptoms and she’s finally able to get some rest. Otherwise she would have had to wait it out over the weekend. The staff was kind, so sweet with her and really helpful in answering my questions. Thank you Deer Grove clinic!

Only place in madison and surrounding areas that was willing to take care of my pomeranian broken arm everyone else said they didn't have tools or time to do it..Care givers are always friendly and happy to help with a smile on their face

Our family has had several yellow labs that we’ve taken to Deer Grove. Our first lab we took here, Scoop, he was quite elderly and we believe the care he received here allowed us more time with our buddy than expected. We’ve said goodbye to two of our labs with the Deer Grove team. Scoop and Chip both passed years ago and I, to this day, will not forget the kindness and compassion the entire Deer Grove team showed our family during these times.
