Faster than mail order, I guess. You used to be able to pick up your meds on the way back from the docto's visit in New London. Now you wait hours more.
I did due diligence and used their automated phone service today to check on my meds status. I was told the first call that it wasn't ready. I called a couple of hours later and this time the automated system said they were ready to be picked up any time after 12:15. It was already a few hours after that. So I took off of work to go pick up my needed meds. Not ready. Here I stand still waiting...
Most annoyed their automated system isn't accurate.

Worst pharmacy ever! Handed in a prescription for antibiotics at noon was told it would be filled by 3 went in to get it at 5 and wouldn't give it to me because something looked "off". Had no sense to call and tell me what's going on now it's 10 o'clock the next day and they lost it! If your prescription is time sensitive for infections I'd recommend going somewhere else that is more competent to handle such a task

If there were other options I do it but stuck with this service if you wanna call it that.. they make you call your doctors office to figure out your script, it's there job to call and straight out so if it an insurance issue do I gotta call? Cause I sit here for a week waiting for something to be filled with has been filled all year now we have insurance issue.. then ya call in and they are rude from start.. there whole system is screwed up and can't get meds when they are needed...

The pharmacy is never open. They already are open for limited hours, but then close randomly at earlier times. They are literally open the hours to help the least amount of people as possible.

Horrible pharmacy. They have been short on staff and instead of transferring prescriptions they just sit on them for weeks then end up canceling them, I reordered again and they just sat on them again and did nothing. Went in to ask and the line was half way through the store. When I was finally able to speak to someone they blamed all my issues on me transferring my prescriptions to Amazon which is a complete lie since I had just transferred them 12 hours prior to finally speaking to someone after waiting 2 weeks already . They were transferred by my doctor since he didn't want me to end up in the hospital waiting on Walgreens. Woman in front of me had to cancel a surgery she had scheduled because they didn't fill her prescription. My mother had to fight with them to fill her prescriptions for diabetes and has always had an issue with them. If you need your prescriptions especially if they are urgent steer way clear of this place. The honestly should not be operating right now if they cant handle it.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Don't waste your time with any of their pharmacies if you can go elsewhere-- they're either not staffed, not open when they say the are, or closed without warning or communication that you won't receive your medication. I've been waiting on a prescription for days and there is no indication of whether that location will open back up or not. That particular location's pharmacy was very much open when my prescription was sent there, so there is zero reason for them to not communicate to their customers who have active prescriptions there. And it doesn't matter that I've tried multiple locations-- they're all the same; understaffed, not open when they say they will be, or unable to meet the needs of the customers they serve. Continually disappointed. If I could go elsewhere, I absolutely would.

They routinely do not have a pharmacist working for days upon days… DO NOT send your prescriptions here if want to pick them up. Service in the pharmacy is super slow even when they do have a pharmacist… usually takes 45-60 mins to pick up a script they said was supposedly ready to pick up.

Understaffed, poorly managed, and unable to meet the needs of their customers. I've tried multiple locations, hoping for a better experience than the one before, and I am continually disappointed. Currently waiting on a prescription that is being held at a location that "temporarily closed" without warning or communication. Go elsewhere if you have the option.
