Worst pharmacy ever! Handed in a prescription for antibiotics at noon was told it would be filled by 3 went in to get it at 5 and wouldn't give it to me because something looked "off". Had no sense to call and tell me what's going on now it's 10 o'clock the next day and they lost it! If your prescription is time sensitive for infections I'd recommend going somewhere else that is more competent to handle such a task

Very bad service at the pharmacy they are not open a lot of the times anymore and the times that you can get there they're closed for lunch

If I could give a zero this place would get it. They are horrible about filling meds on time. You can sit in drive thru for 30 minutes when you get towindow your now told oh it would be faster if you can just come in because they are just now filling, WHAT they were suppose to be filled yesterday and you failed yesterday too. This med was needed before surgery. Thanks for failing me again Walgreens

I can only get my prescriptions via delivery. I had been getting the same 3 prescriptions that way for almost a year. This past month I was told that they can't deliver my medications anymore because they are "too dangerous to ship"...I asked when that policy had been in place, they said over 2 years. If that's the case, how were you able to deliver my medications for a whole year and then suddenly not?I moved from Walmart Pharmacy to Walgreens because I thought it was better, guess I was wrong, it's the same bull.I will say, thank you to the one pharmacy tech that drove out of her way to deliver my meds last time. Thankfully you won't need to do that again.

The lady I just spoke to on the phone was absolutely not comprehending what I was trying to ask. She kept telling me there was a glitch in the app and she didn't know what was going on. She also didn't know if I would need to have a new RX sent in or if the one on file would work since it originally had showed it was complete and now showed as having a refill, not even pending/waiting on info/etc, but it can't have a refill due to what the RX actually is. When I mentioned we had nothing but problems since switching to Walgreens that i was considering going back to walmart for ALL of our RX (family of 6 we easily spend hundreds each month in just RXs)... But, instead of offering customer support or asking how to make things better she said, "OK, go ahead" and hung up!!! The terrible customer service was beyond acceptable!

Understaffed, poorly managed, and unable to meet the needs of their customers. I've tried multiple locations, hoping for a better experience than the one before, and I am continually disappointed. Currently waiting on a prescription that is being held at a location that "temporarily closed" without warning or communication. Go elsewhere if you have the option.

I love our location. Most of their staff always been so friendly & welcoming. they're never afraid to answer questions or help out if needed.
