Trust is the most important factor for choosing an automotive mechanic, and I put my trust in Larry every time I have an issue. He's good at explaining problems and doesn't make me feel dumb for not understanding mechanical issues. I know he's going to give me a fair and honest rate and my problem will be fixed in a timely manner.

THE BEST SERVICE EVER.I am an over the road trucker from Georgia.My truck Ram 3500 blew a Hub bearing. This cause other parr damage. My brakes, Brake Caliber and rotor was all damaged due to the bad Hub bearing.This was January 23rd 2019 the same time a winter storm hit 6 inches of snow I was told.Mr. Dassler surpassed my expectations, he immediately started to work on my truck diagnosing and tracking down the parts knowing I was from out of town.If it was not for the weather making it difficult to immediately get the parts he probably would have fix my truck the same day.Once he received all the parts the next day when the storm let up. My truck was fixed and I was back on the road at 2pm.By far the best customer service I have ever recieved especially been on the road. Most times when broken down on the road mechanics will try to take advantage of you with price.Believe me I know from experience about been taken advantage of on the road.I had a terrible experience once before in Cleveland Ohio at a company call Guaranteed Truck Service.Dassler Services gets (5 stars)

They installed the wrong brake pads and rotors for our vehicle. Thankfully the pads and rotors just became loud and gave in after a month and we figured out the problem because we drive our whole family in this car and it could have been serious. When we asked them about it, they refused to even hears us, compensate us or fix the problem. I have gladly taken my business elsewhere.
