They are slower then molasses, (you can insert the words I can't put on here)! Unfortunately my doctor won't send to walmart so have to deal with these people. I wait 4 to 6 hours after it has been called in and they still don't have it done. In today's world that is just as bad as the government!!! Time to change doctors.

I would give this location less than 1 star if I could. Starting with the pharmacy. Pharmacist are so incredibly RUDE and slow and don’t care what the DOCTOR says about filling prescriptions. They act like they are God and as if people’s personal prescriptions effects their daily lives. I would suggest taking your prescriptions elsewhere.

Recently picked up a prescription at Walgreens in Chippewa Falls. For 2 years we have rec'd a one months supply. This one was for 3 months. Being expensive, we asked to only receive a one months supply. Because of that, we were treated so rude by Abby at the counter. Will try and switch to a different pharmacy.

The Walgreens itself isn’t too bad of a place, however, I just called the pharmacy to ask if my script was in stock and the tech was quite rude and seemed irritated. After she gave me very short answer, I said “Thank you so much” and she proceeded to say nothing and hung up on me. Sorry I ruined your day and asked you to do your job?

I came in quickly to grab laundry soap so I didn't want to drag my kids all the way through walmart. The lady at the check out was extremely rude. And made it to where I never want to come back especially with my children. I'll make the extra mile and go to Walmart. We got to the check out and there was a bowl of candy for Halloween from yesterday and my kids went to grab one piece and the lady wouldn't let them because I was already buying them one of the 79 cent suckers. And then she goes "fine, you can both have a tootsie sucker" my son opens the sucker and he is TWO years old throws the wrapper on the floor. She proceeds to YELL at my 2 year old son because he is TWO. I. His parent. I deal with it. Walgreens better get it together with knowing who to hire. Disrespect me but do NOT Disrespect my children. Not allowing them to get a piece of candy because I was already buying them a sucker? And by the way they didn't want the tootsie pop she finally let them have. They wanted setting else. Probably because I was already buying them a sucker?!

Would leave zero stars if I could. They are EXTREMELY slow. It takes several hours sometimes for a simple Rx refill. They have exceptionally poor customer service.

Currently sitting in drive thru and the person working the window has been VERY rude to me. Tried asking a question and she cut the mic off THIS IS WHY I DON'T COME TO THIS PHARMACY!. it was just convenient for the provider we were seen at. NEVER AGAIN! I WILL WAIT UNTIL MY NORMAL PHARMACY IS OPEN!.
