I stopped to get a trim and got the butcher. Honestly, it's the worst haircut in the world. I could have done better if I had done it myself. Was she trying really hard to do a proper hair trim but failed? Actually, she had an attitude about her that showed she just didn't care. I'll not be going back there. I'll just go to Fantastic Sams.

My first visit and Kathy was very welcoming. She asked how I would like my hair cut and followed through with precision. Kathy was very conversational and made me feel as though we knew each other for many years. I would highly recommend her. Did the online check in and it said 38 minutes so I headed to this place. When I arrive my stylist has "gone home sick." Now I have been bumped down past 30 minutes and the girl at the counter lied to me and says that no I have not. I asked how that could be when my stylist has gone home. How about this: maybe when the stylist goes home sick, you call the people who have checked in for that stylist already. By the way, the words, I am sorry, never entered the conversation. Meanwhile, five more people roll in. Will not be back to this place ever. You just lost a good customer.
