This Goodwill was the nicest I've ever been too. It smelled and looked very clean. The ladies working there yesterday were super nice and professional.

The lady working tonight was very rude to each guest she rang out while I was in the store with my kids. She kept rolling her eyes while helping guest. Talking so fast no one could understand what she was saying.

This place takes advantage of disabled workers. Some people say Walmart does as well. At least Walmart pays a decent wage. This place gets everything for free. I’m not sure where all the money goes to “elevate people” (the workers). This obviously is a store like Savers. They just play the non-profit game well. Similar to a Church that preaches prosperity gospel and is in it for the money. The store consists of a manager that makes sure the cashiers are not just standing around when not busy. The assistant manager is a complete “bit**” and is rude to the customersThe management enjoys sitting down employees and accusing them of stealing because they opened the wrong door. The store sell’s such nice garbage & recyclables people no longer want. I can see why the management is paranoid about employees stealing. The supervisor Shelly was the best. She really is the only reason to visit this place. She is so normal that she should be working at a Best Buy or a Target. She definitely is not “Good Will Material”.The employees are told to clock out at certain times so they can be legally shorted for their pay. Wisconsin allows an employer to round up or down certain minutes. Goodwill loves taking advantage of this “grey area”.The shore employees an Asian social worker. He is really nice. He is there to “listen to employees about their problems”, when the employee is upset about the way the store treats them.In my opinion, it is terrible to exploit disabled people. Goodwill will pay them low wages. These people do not know any better and are told how they are not employable. Goodwill tells them how they are doing them a favor.Do yourself a favor. Get a job somewhere else and do a “no show” when you quit.

Someone should tell Shelly that if she hates doing her job, she should just find a new one.

This place is a joke. They get their stuff for free, it's donations. And then slap ridiculously high prices on it and expect us to pay that. A toy dinosaur with missing legs 2.99, a little knick knack from the dollar tree 3.99, over 10.00 for a pair of jeans with a hole in back and worn knees, Really!! For Profit. Greed.

Found a hand mixer for a friend which had a missing whisk beater but had one sitting a foot away and priced at $1.99. Told managers that this is the missing beater and was told no it came in separately. So would have to pay 1.99 for the missing beater. Goodwill is no longer a place for bargains. They often have items that were Donated .., priced higher than new. Yet they help out people in need. I don’t think so. They may keep their mixer with a missing beater.
