It began with a call to Jeff Rollins about a motorhome listed online. Immediately I sensed a down to earth and honest guy. We made a verbal agreement over the phone and I was soon leaving Idaho to pickup my like new RV. When I arrived, it was everything I imagined. Jeff is a knockout guy. He was such a pleasure to work with. I would easily drive 2000 miles again to do business with him again.

I am so impressed with this business! We bought our camper from them 4 years ago, but have returned many times for maintenance or when we've had questions. We even called them from Washington state with an issue. Their prices are fair and they worked really hard to get us the exact model we wanted. They are always helpful and patient. They are seriously the very best!!!

If a five (5) star = GREAT, then Jeff at J & J and his service tech Bruce are 10 stars easily. I have been to almost every RV vendor in my area. Everyone of them was way overpriced or charged an arm and a leg in fees, parts, tanks and anything else they can think of. I have had enough of those businesses. Jeff at J & J greeted me in the parking lot and then he gave me plenty of space and time to freely look at all the units that interested me. All the units were accessible and I was able to narrow it down to a few. Then he answered all my questions and offered fair pricing. There was no need to haggle and he never once had to "check with his manager" because he's the owner. We agreed on a price and he got the ball rolling. The equipment stater package that is included in the price, not extra $$$, meant I could roll off the lot and go directly to my favorite camping spot fully equipped. (NO BS)Bruce, the service technician, with 31 years of experience, is the businesses most valuable tool. He knows every aspect of each unit and was incredibly helpful and thorough during my walk through of the unit I purchased. You'll see when you walk through yours that he will not rush you through or overwhelm you with information, rather he explains each of the campers features so you can the most out of your purchase. I am confident that if I needed to ask a question, he would be there to answer.I, like a few others who like to support local small businesses, am I'm sure you will share my thoughts when you purchase your first or next RV with them. Check them out BEFORE you go to the big guys. Oh yea...I read the reviews before I purchased from J & J. If you've had an issue with J & J in sales or service, ...you might just be a Karen. #justsaying

I am leaving this review today because I am beyond impressed by the people that run this place. You want to talk about customer service and I mean the real thing and knowledge that they share, WOW. I am telling you I have bought and owned RVs, cars, boats, bikes from other companies but after my experience today I would only ever buy from them moving forward for anything if I could. I have no need to even look anywhere else as they have earned all my respect. I will just say this. all the other companies out there in general need to learn something from this business and individuals. I would give them 100 stars, thank you both, will be in touch. You guys are the bomb!!!!! They truely know the definition of customer service and I will also say the best I have ever seen in todays current world. They have a skill that has been forgotten by most...... You made my day realizing this still exists THANK YOU.

The only place that I would ever recommend to anyone! GREAT GUYS working there, with the old school type business. They made the experience easy, went through everything with us. Made sure we were comfortable with everything before we left. If I could give more then 5 stars, they would get it 10!

I just purchased a motorhome sold on consignment; this is my second purchase through J & J, and my sixth RV. Jeff, Joe and Bruce are very easy to deal with. No pressure, lots of free advice, follow through on promises and clear cut, inexpensive answers to questions. Most importantly, a buyer can get service within a reasonable time - maybe two weeks. Totally unlike the high volume, high pressure but no service, that I have seen at other dealerships/chains. I repeat, NO SERVICE, elsewhere.I traded in a TravelLite i18 trailer, which was still for sale 2 days ago. A GREAT buy if it fits your need.
