I've never had work done myself, but I deliver daily to them and I see the work and the cars brought to Levon and his staff. If they were my choice for repair on my cars, I know it would be the best outcome.

My truck is my baby. So when a 4 legged animal made a mess of the driver side I was referred to Collision Center by my mechanic. So 1st time dealing with Collision Center So as normal I was nervous. But went and picked up my truck earlier this week. All I can say is WOW. Truck looked amazing. Fixed, washed, and cleaned up. Looked better than when I got it. A BIG THANK YOU to the team. Every time I called or stopped in, I was always treated great. I will definitely be a returning customer for any body work. Will definitely tell anyone that needs repairs or detail work done to definitely go to Collision Center in Chippewa Falls.

The rear passenger door on my car was 'clicking' loudly when opened and closed.I took it to the dealership and they told me I would have to leave it for repair (perhaps days).I took it to CCI and after less then five minutes, he fixed the problem.When I asked what I owed him he said "Nothing, just past the good word"... Consider it done.Excellent service! ?

I never write reviews but felt I had to this time. The Collision Center, Inc is by far the best body shop I've ever been to. Not only did they do an incredible job on my vehicle, they also detailed it better than I ever have. It looked amazing. On top of that, they gave me a free loaner car with a full tank of gas (very rare), and finished the repairs a day early. Everything about this place is top notch! The staff were excellent as well. Best body shop ever!

Levon, Sam & Kevin always take such good care of us. It is never fun having to have your vehicle repaired from mishaps whether it is your fault or not so taking it to them makes it a little bit better. The plastic under the wheel wasn't replaced even though they said it was. The hood was replaced but never properly installed. It would shake when I drove down the highway until I had it properly fixed. I will go elsewhere from now on.Services: Body & Trim
