Worst service to use - they never refunded me the $50 from the balloons that were NEVER delivered the FIRST time then seem to charge an UNKNOWN service fees AFTER the fact this last time. The flowers look like **** and they OVERCHARGE for EVERYTHING! Extremely rude and NOT helpful at all!!I absolutely hate working with this company and I will never again.

I left Florida because of Hurricane Ian and went to a relative's in VA. It is difficult not knowing which florist to contact when one does not live in the area where the flowers are to be delivered. I had to depend on the websites. I tried one florist twice - the first time a woman would not speak with me unless I gave the name and address for whom the flowers would be sent before discussing anything. The second time a man answered the phone and he indicated he could (his words) do "a premium arrangement for ONLY $100+." I went back to the Internet and discovered Just For You! The lady with whom I spoke was extremely polite and helpful. I ordered an arrangement and the flowers were FRESH, the arrangement was beautiful, they were delivered when promised and reasonably priced. It was such a pleasure dealing with this florist. I ordered an arrangement for a family member’s 60th birthday whom we could not visit, and left it quite late (literally the day before) to order a bouquet online. I picked the spring bouquet, a reasonable size/price, chose a balloon and card and crossed my fingers.I was so pleasantly surprised! Although they had ran out of balloons, they chose to fill the vase with more flowers, it was BEAUTIFUL! The order was delivered the next day, and recipient very happy! I was extremely happy with the ease of ordering online and delivery, and will be returning in future, thank you!

Very upset. I ordered a plant, balloon and chocolates for grandfather's birthday from the website and received a confirmation email. When my grandfather did not call to say he received it the following day, I called him. He had not received it. I called the florist who stated that they had "called me" to say that they do not have that plant "and rarely had the plant" despite the fact that the website stated it was available for same day delivery. I did not receive any phone call or message in any event and highly doubt they called.I asked why they did not send an email given that the order was placed on-line. They responded "we do not do email." Rude and unapologetic. Spoiled the birthday outreach during Covid.I would never order from this store again, unless you are ok with the recipient being left emptyhanded and the store accepting no responsibility for their own website and email confirmation process.

Little back story... So my wife works on the frontlines and works 12 hour shifts several days in a row. So I thought it might be nice to order her an arrangement to be delivered at work with the intentions of maybe just maybe making her day go easier or faster or just to make her smile. I ordered from your company and I have to say thank you! The arrangement you guys put together was beautiful and arrived at the perfect time and my wife absolutely loved them! I will recommend you to anyone wanting to buy flowers going forward and will definitely be ordering from you again and again!
