I had the best visit ever for my cat who is afraid scared around other people and animals. I just switched to this clinic and this was my second visit . The Veterinarian and the assistant made my cat the most comfortable he’s ever been at a vet visit in the last 12 years. Those two just started at the clinic and I will follow them everywhere if they leave. All vets were afraid to give him a full physical and these two actually gave him a full physical for the first time in his life. They know how to work with animals. Highly highly recommended these two.

It was very disheartening to have leave such a negative review for a vet clinic that our family has grown to love and trust over the last 3 years. Our experience today certainly doesn’t speak to what has kept us coming back all this time. Our elderly dog has struggled with allergies for quite some time. We’ve invested lots of time and money into figuring out what triggers her allergy flare ups. Dr. Galen was pivotal in this process and ultimately we decided together that given our dogs age we needed to turn our attention to symptom management to provide quality to the years we had left with our dog. I’m appalled at the approach taken by the new veterinarian today. From her line of questioning to her avoidance to talk through and come up with a solution. Certainly not listening to me as the dog owner when I was trying to tell her what the treatment plan has been and what I wanted it to continue to be. Not because I don’t care about my dog as she made me feel but because together Badger Vet Clinic and I had come up with the plan to ensure our dog was comfortable. Veterinarians and those in the business of serving animals are not exempt from conducting themselves with good bedside manner and quality customer service. Calling the care of my dog into question is a nonstarter and certainly no way to retain customers. I want nothing more from this post then for the new veterinarian to learn how to speak to their customers in a kind, respectful, and non demeaning manner. We have had nothing but great things to say about Badger Vet Clinic my only hope for them is to address this issue before their business suffers and others have to endure the disrespect that we did.

We had an emergency with our little bird The band on her leg was getting too tight And we were able to get her in there and get her fixed so she has no problems anymore this is the greatest place we would take all our animals there The staff is wonderful Very kind very caring It might be a little dry but it's well worth it

Amazing staff, reasonable prices, and great care! I took my stay kitten and my elderly dog here and they took great care of them both.

I was so glad you were able to get my cat in on short notice before we went on vacation and figured out her discomfort easily. It gave me peace of mind before we left that she'll be ok.

Our Duffy needed surgery that our regular vet was unable to do. We called and Dr. Galen was able to see us the same day for a consult and able to get us on the schedule the next week. We were so happy with how helpful and kind everyone was while we care for our aging pet (family member). Thank you so much. We will be seeing you again!

Our Aspen came in after getting into a scuffle and needed some stitches. Our regular vet was booked and we were referred to Cambridge Animal Hospital. The team was excellent, from the receptionist, to the techs, to the vets. Each and every member of the staff made us feel at ease in a very stressful situation. Even though they are a half an hour away, we would still use them. I can't say enough about the knowledge, kindness, and availability of Cambridge Animal Hospital. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

I was SO impressed with Cambridge Animal Hospital!! The tech was super nice and knowledgeable and the vet was amazing! Also very knowledgeable and personable. So down to earth and didn't pressure us to do anything which is a huge change for us! Most vets tell you, you need to do this and that just to make a buck. NOT HERE!!!

Dr. Galen and staff at the Cambridge location were amazing today. They were able to get my dog in for and emergency surgery to remove an obstruction. After today I will be moving my primary care there for my animals!
