Dublin was hired through our condo association to paint the exterior of our condo. Shortly after the job was completed, I noticed serious overspray on the 4 large windows outside my deck. The project manager, Dan, returned, unannounced and without our permission, to our property and used a razor blade to remove the overspray. In doing so, Dan put at least a dozen gouges (Large, deep scratches) in the glass. I didn’t know he had been there until I decided to see about the overspray and noticed the scratches. We asked to meet with him and he acknowledged the scratches, but flat out denied (lied) that he did the scratches.

Excellent! They were on time and did a great job! They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend.

On 4/16/2019, I signed a contract with Dublin Contractors to paint a house. At that time, i was told the painting would occur in May or June. I spoke with Jim *** several times in May and June to better identify the start date, but never received a commitment. From July on, I called and left messages for Jim *** at least every other week to determine a start date, but rarely received a return call. When Jim *** and I did speak, I was never able to obtain a start date commitment. In early October 2019, I received a letter, dated 9/27/2019, from Dublin Contractors stating that the company would not be able to perform the work in 2019 as contracted on 3/21/2019.

So this company came to paint our Condo this week . Two months ago we had a new vinyl garage door installed. These idiots painted over the vinyl garage door, do not do business with these d*** F....
