No matter how busy they are, they always take the time to answer all your questions. They care about the animals and their owners! If it's an emergency they will find a way to get you in to see a doctor. All the staff are so nice! We love it there!

We lost our old pup, Cooper, this year, which was really hard on our family. Fox Valley went above and beyond during this difficult time, and then went further still. The love and compassion that they’ve shown us is astounding. They will have our business forever.

Very disappointed in customer care. We have been clients for over 5 years and everytime one if my dogs has an emergency, illness etc were always told "we don't have an appt available" and then the next one isn't available for over a week. Well when my dog is bleeding what is next week going to do? I've spent multiple time and countless money at walk ins and emergency hospitals because they can't even fit my dog in, needless to say they have 7 vets/doctors and nit one can take an extra 15 mun to see my dog. Smh! And now we went to the emergency again, and was told to follow up with our vet within 2 days due to my dogs sudden facial paralysis and if course, not available until next week.can you even imagine my heartbreak as I don't know what to do with my poor girl, or how to help her and now where do we go? So in my opinion they have poor customer service and no empathy, not even a point in the direction as to what we should do, just a " sorry we can't help you til next week" geeze thanks for nothing!

They got us in for our shepherd in a moments notice which we appreciated so much. She ended up needing to be sedated and get stitches ,I figured she would be there most of the day but I was called a couple hours later and was able to pick her up!! Amazing! I highly recommend this clinic. They are professional and friendly and really care about your pet!!
