The staff are always friendly and they have an amazing selection of products and they stand behind their products. Prices are average when it comes to common products but they offer special deals and discounts all the time.

They have a great selection of cigars, vape supplies, glass, pipe tobacco, lighters, and everything in between. The prices for the cigars are very reasonable too.

I have been coming to this vape shop off and on for years. I'm not a heavy vapor and a 5000 puff can usually last me three weeks or more if the are rechargeable. Im not sure if the I see new ownership or what but I'm always looking for a really good grape flavor and was recommended the the Mike Tyson grape was really good. They are 7000 puffs rechargeable after a week mine starting hitting on its own on my dresser and if I would try to get a puff it wouldn't work. So I took it back and it took me a while as I don't live are there side of town. She said she would give me another one at "cost" $16 which I was ok with because of my delay in getting it back to the store. They assured me that this wasn't a known issue so I gave the same grape Mike Tyson a try because the flavor is really good. So less then a week after I got the second one it started to do the same exact thing. This time I drove out to the store that day and even had video of what was happening. One of the staff members kinda let it slip that it must be a bad batch. I'm assuming because I'm not the only on with this issue. I thought for sure this time they would just swipe it out for like $5 as it only worked for a few days. Instead I was told I could get a measley 15% off and when I said I'd do the two for $36 deal of the elf bars which are only 5000 puffs each, I was told that I could get 15% off one device or pay the full price for the buy two deal. The elfbar deal is two for $36 and I walked out of the store paying $36.75 so I'm not sure where the deal came in. It's just very unprofessional to not stand behind your products and down right dirty to sell a product you know is defective. I would understand there no return or exchange policy if I just didn't like the flavor but my device was defective and that should always warrant a return. Not coming here anymore and it's sad because I referred a lot of people to them.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Jack helped me find the items I needed and was very knowledgeable. I drive an extra 20 minutes just to come here. Would recommend this shop.

Been going here for a couple years now and even drive an extra 10 minutes to go to this location! It’s super nice and clean and the workers are super friendly and helpful! Also had an issue with a different location and the customer service responded to my email within minutes and helped solve it for me!

Complete garbage management. The two women that were working here and were extremely short and condescending to me. I just wanted recommendations on a fruity sativa flour to purchase and she told me I should know what I want before I come in. Of course, I guess she has a point but seriously? You can't expect your customers to know everything before they come in. What if they want to try something new they see in the shop and want to ask you what it's like? Are you just gonna tell them to look up a review on YouTube? I will not be returning here.

went there last week to get novo x pods, a bottle of juice and a disposable. i couldn’t get the vape juice to open and almost returned it lol until a few days later i found someone to get it open. my pods however are leaking when i put the vape juice in.

I was in the area for work and realized I left my mod at home so I went there and Jack and Amy helped me out. I could not of been happier with there service in showing me what they had to offer. At the end of it all I ended up choosing an Elfbar and that thing lasted me 10 days and I was happy with that outcome. If I'm in the area for work again I would gladly revisit them.
