An utter joke.On Aug. 17, I found a property of interest on the WiHomes web page. That property is represented by a Shorewest agent. So, I clicked on her link attached to the property page -- and there, I listed four, simple, basic questions.Shortly afterward, I received a computer-generated email stating that the agent received my query -- and would get back to me.Fully two business days later, I had heard nothing back. So, I called the agent directly (about 3:45 pm on Aug. 19).The agent sounded as though she had just woken up. There appeared to be a screaming child in the backround. When I asked about this matter -- even providing the MLS listing number -- the agent appeared to have no idea what I was talking about. And despite that computer-generated email claiming she received my email, she insisted she hadn't.Wow.Thank god these people are only realtors -- as opposed to something truly important, like 911 operators.

My experience, with Shorewest Realtors, was not so great when it comes to the customer service portion of the business.I did not receive the support or documentation that I asked for when dealing with Tamaran Cook. All of our real estate will be purchased through Redfin moving forward.*RESPONSE TO OWNER 4/24/21*Why does it matter when I purchased the home from Shorewest? The fact of the matter is that I did not receive support from your agent during or after the home-buying process. As for the documents that you mentioned; yes you did provide them... After I had to ask twice. I did not receive copies of those docs during the closing of my home.So instead of trying to fix the issue, you put the blame back on your customers? You didn't even address the poor care from one of your agents. No apologies, no suggestions to resolve the issue, no professionalism. And this is why I will be sticking with Redfin moving forward.

Had a poor experience with Mark Weske of Shorewest Realtors-West Bend yesterday. Mark showed up 40 minutes late to our viewing appointment, without apology. The Richfield property was very desirable and Mark stated he had received multiple offers. We offered appreciably over the asking price with an offer-escalation clause. Mark tried to shake us down for a new offer at our max price, while refusing to show us a competing offer, as required. We instructed our agent to stick with our original offer. Mark required our agent to resubmit our (same) offer and we assumed the negotiation was continuing. After doing so, within minutes, our agent was informed the clients had accepted another offer. Clients can choose to accept any offer they like, that's fine and as it should be. Regardless of the outcome, it appeared to us Mark had little respect for good business practices. Consequently it was a distasteful experience overall and it didn't have to be. This review is mainly to warn others to be prepared for a less than favorable experience if you negotiate with Mark Weske.

Do not waste your time with these clowns. I lost 50k on my house I sold with them, their marketing plans are amateur at best and just plain lazy. I am so disappointed, I should have gone with someone else. My house was on the market for 6 months, and only had 12 showings. It was pathetic. And whatever you do DO NOT work with Laura Morgese. She is incompetent, and from what I understand from a quick WCCA check, has quite the criminal track record. A long line of criminal history. Not sure how anyone could hold professional licensure with all that.

Kristel Sikora was an excellent realtor and the consummate professional in all of our negotiations. She is an outstanding communicator, always getting back to us immediately, even if it was to say "I'm in a meeting, I'll call you by 11am." She represented us in selling our home and buying our new home, and we were very pleased with the outcome.

Dawn Kamalian of Shorewest Realtors has been an invaluable resource for me. She has helped 2 friends of mine; one who wanted to buy a house and one who needed to sell a house. She was professional and gave consistent excellent service to both of them. Both are very happy with her service which made me happy with her service. Not all realtors are created equal. Dawn Kamalian is head and shoulders above the rest in my book.

Lenders beware. Realtor Patricia Quesnell is unethical. She will steer your client referrals to Wisconsin Mortgage. You have been warned.

Our experience working with Sue Heitz and Kim Peck Schedler was amazing. We recently purchased our second home, and since it had been years since we purchased the first, we felt like first time home buyers again. However, Sue and Kim made everything run smoothly. Because we were looking for our second home we had a lot on our wish list. We spent months searching and they were always able to schedules showings immediately. Once we found that ‘perfect’ home they did everything in their power to make it happen for us. Their professionalism showed through during the negotiation process. They were able to get us the home of our dreams at a price we could comfortably afford. As we head to closing next week I have to say, they have made what can be a very stressful process seem like a walk in the park.

It's great to have so many friends and colleagues working for a super company like yours. Over the years people like Sharon, Rebecca, Pat, Glenn, Mike, and so many, many others have been a joy to work with. I may work for a different company but I certainly am very fortunate to have such a magnificent company like yours to work with. You offer your agents so much and it certainly is a joy to do a transaction with every Shorewest agent because I know whether it is a buyers end or a listing end the transaction will be smooth and attention to detail will never be compromised. After 29 years of selling real estate I have made many of friends over at your company. The last 8 years say much illness in myself and I was so happy to gt emails every day from agents I knew in your company telling me they were praying for me everyday and I know it worked because I am still here. Thank you for the opportunity to work with such a wonderful company and your true testimonial is the great and talented agents you have working with you.Thank you so much.

If follow-through is something that you value in a realtor, then I suggest you do not consider Shorewest. We had someone out to look at listing our property. They assessed the property and later called and made suggestions as how to sell it. I asked them to outline the plan and we would get back to them as soon as we received it. It has been about three months, and no follow-through. I would consider this to be basic customer service. What happens when a prospective buyer calls?
