Relatively large, with all sorts of conference space and an on-site restaurant. Clean and quiet. There's a bit of construction so take care while entering. Friendly staff. Can also be a little tight in parking but not terrible.
Rooms: Decently sized and appointed rooms. Clean and comfortable.
Nearby activities: Lots of shopping and food right next door if you want it.

Booked room ahead of time and received confirmation. When the date came around arrived at the hotel for the night booked. Was questioned and told they did not have any rooms. Hotel was iverbooked and had taken my prepaid room from me. I was told they had booked another room for me at a different hotel down the street. They said they’d be covering that room in addition to receiving a refund. Well after arriving at the 2nd hotel, as advised by Sheraton, the he manager whom booked the room used an invalid credit car number. After many calls back and forth and three card numbers later the Sheraton manager was still attempting to book with a card that would not work. Yet my card has still been charged for a Sheraton room I never got to see. The receptionist at the main desk was rude and no help. I was constantly told to wait for this manager to call back, just to provide no help, or a credit card number that does not work. Felt like a scam. Poor customer service. Was charged in full for a room I never saw due to the place recklessly overbooking.

The building is old 1972. The rooms may have been remodeled, but the hallways needed new carpeting. One of the elevators was out of order nearest to my friends room he had to walk a longer distance to get to the room. My room had no water pressure. Other than that, the room was pleasant. Both the air conditioner and heat system worked great. A lot of rating services give this hotel top numbers 8/10, 4/5, etc. I don't see why!

The elevator needs to be fixed. It is not easy to carry a 20 kg suitcase that you are carrying.

Old hotel that's poorly managed. They've spent money to renovate it, but it hardly hides the fact that this hotel is poorly managed. Breakfast also is not complimentary it's 18$ a person. They justify this by calling it a buffet, but just feels like a bad cash grab for low quality food. Wouldn't stay here again

The location isn't bad, the breakfast is fine, but the cleaning service both in the room and in the common areas is a disaster! The room is dirty, they don't change the used glasses, they don't put the water back in... a disaster!

I’m not going to be polite…. What a crud hole!!! We booked 5 rooms 4 months out, there are several buildings throughout the hotel and we were spread out through them all… no special requirements, so we should have been all together. None of the ice machines on 6 floors worked and the place is full of degenerates!! I believe you’re in need of an update and your staff should be more aware of customers needs! We come to Milwaukee every year at this time, but won’t be staying here again. I hope others read this and stay away as well. There were only two towels, one washcloth, no shower mat, no conditioner. Breakfast is $15. for cold un-attended buffet. Not coming here again… ever!

So far so good the rooms are a little dated but the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of parking. Also the Lounge is GREAT. I would spring for lounge access as it's a great little hangout with great food and people. The reason I didn't give the rooms full stars was mainly cause the one I'm in was missing soaps and there were stains on the ceiling. The ac works great so that was a bonus. Overall I would stay again.

Overall, it was an ok stay. We stayed for 3 nights. There is construction around the area and it is poorly marked to get to the front entrance. Not much parking in the front near the main entrance. You pretty much have to park in the no parking/loading zone just to run in to check in or out. 1st front desk worker was friendly however, she was misinformed. She told me where my room was. I asked if the door was clearly marked "Wisconsin Wing" on the outside of the building.... She confirmed, it was. I drove all over, it definitely was not.
I'm not sure if this was done on purpose but our whole group, that booked together as a block of rooms, was COMPLETELY split up across 6 different floors.
Room was clean and smelled clean. Beds were VERY small (doubles) and the room was an ok size. Bath towels were huge but we didn't have a floor mat for after showering (later got one but never used it). I needed to run the hot water for at least 10 minutes on Friday morning before it got warm.
Pools were ok. They could have been a bit cleaner. Inside pool water was pretty cloudy, pool deck was pretty dirty. Outside water seemed cleaner/more clear. Water was cold inside and ice cold outside. Kids had fun though. The adults were disappointed there was not a hot tub.
I didn't know there was a Starbucks in the hotel. I stopped at the front desk and encountered the same worker I did at check in. She did not know much about it.
The next morning, I stopped at the restaurant/Starbucks, I was rudely turned away. I didn't know it all closed down at 10am.
Even though we had to sign a 2 page contract to essentially "keep our kids under control" (we booked as a sports team), Saturday night, there were people running up and down the hallway yelling at midnight.
Upon checking out, I encountered a 2nd front desk worker. She was a but distracted with her phone and finally realized I was standing there waiting to check out. She was, however, very friendly and apologized.

Worse hotel we've stayed! Floors were filthy, room dont have a phone, shower was dirty, outlet on the left side of bed not working and NO WATER!!!! WE WERENT EVEN NOTIFIED THAT WATER WILL BE SHUT DOWN! WE CALLED AND WAS INFORMED TO CHECK IN AN HOUR. 2 HOURS LATER, STILL NO WATER!!! We were suppose to stay 3 nights but we check out!!! Manager was no where to be found! Left voicemail and no call back! Front desk were so rude and unprofessional! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!
