I forgot the gentleman’s name. But whomever was working today (7/19/2024) around 11-1130AM was super awesome! Took care of me and acknowledged me right away when walking into the store. Very good at explaining qualities and differences between all the boots.

Took my shoes in for repair, three pair of them, they came back looking like brand new. Gary the cobbler is an excellent shoe refurbisher and for what I got I think the price was extremely reasonable ?

Disappointed with Redwings for discontinuing the style of shoe I wore for 10 years. The store employee/owner was actually very helpful.

I've been to your store several times. Alex from Delafield , helped me find several pairs of work shoes before x-mas. I returned on 01/20/24 to buy his and hers slippers. Great staff everyone seamed interested in helping find what was looking for.

As soon as I walked into the store, Alex greeted me. I told him I needed a par of shoes with toe protection and I knew Red Wings were very well respected and reputable. I told hime I was interested in the Athletics Shoe. So he had me step on the scanner and got me the best size for my feet. It was truly a pleasant experience and I highly recommend Redwings Shoes in Brookfield.

This is probably my 10th pair of Red Wing boots, I love them, I literally take off my old pair, put on the new ones and go on as if nothing has changed. Great boots!

Was looking for a last minute pair of boots before work. My old 2235s are no longer being made so the definitely store associate offered up a different model. They fit great. Big fan and a swell experience.

Red Wings are great! This place is the perfect spot to get new work boots, which is what I did.Not a huge selection, but they don't need a huge selection because work boots is their business and business is good.The best part about my visit was when they gave me a coupon and I saved 20 bucks!Great boots, great customer service, and fair pricing!
