Jeff Lien was great to work with. From the beginning, he was always nice and patient with my wife and I. With this being our first home purchase, we had a ton of questions about the home buying process and many other things involved with it. Jeff was great with answering our questions and following up if needed. He was always very quick in responding to texts or emails from us. We did not feel like just a number to him so that really put us at ease with the whole process. Jeff managed to find a home that was perfect for us and quickly met with us to draft up the offer. He made every step of the process easy for us and taught us a lot in answering all of our questions and thoroughly explaining things. Had a very positive experience working with Xander Lien on my transaction. When I left town on a trip during the sale process Xander and Jeff handled everything and presented me with the pros and cons of each offer on the table. Xander helped keep everything on schedule when purchasing my new home and was very proactive getting out in front of issues. If he did not know an answer, he figured it out and got back to me instantly. They have a wealth of knowledge on the local market and current environment as a whole which made me comfortable that I was both getting the right number and paying the right number.
