Very efficient. filled out the online form and had my prescriptions transferred from a popular pharmacy within a couple hours. The prices and customer service are what separates this pharmacy from all others.

So happy we decided to switch away from the big chain to iPack. I've never waited in line more than a minute. When you call you speak with an actual human who wants to help. They have always had our medications in stock.

Professional, knowledgeable, fast. They actually help you. The pharmacist teaches you how to administer and store medication rather than someone just reading from a piece of paper stapled to your medicine like at chain pharmacies.
Helpful with looking up alternatives, calling doctors for refills, or coaching you what you need to do for yourself.

Staff was extremely helpful checking on availability of my medication and getting my prescription filled in a timely fashion. They are also great at communicating with your doctors office to get everything taken care of if there are any issues.Will be making this my new go to pharmacy!

I grew tired of the CVS, Walgreen's game; prescriptions not ready and/or prescriptions not filled after getting the notification that they were ready to be picked up, prescription changes that took weeks to verify with my provider, different staffing every time I'd visit, unhappy employees, no one available to administer a vaccine when I visited, etc., etc., etc.,Enter, iPack Pharmacy. The Shangri-La of Pharmacies. Reverse everything I stated above in the first paragraph and you get iPack. If you have yet to visit iPack, you need to. James Hilton was correct. Shangri-La exists. It's right here in Brookfield.

Absolutely the best pharmacy around! Their staff is great! They have gone above and beyond numerous times especially when dealing with some of the national shortages going on currently & when dealing with insurance coverages. I would highly suggest/recommend making this your primary pharmacy!

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Happy I found this pharmacy. They also have Novavax Covid vaccine, which is a good option for those who chose not to get an mRNA vaccine.
