When I arrived, workers were being incredibly unprofessional. I saw and heard workers talking about customers, avoiding their jobs, coughing out into the open space, talking about ME while I was being helped, and more. This is ridiculous BMO. STEP IT UP.

I’ve been to 3 branches in 2 days to get a new debit card after somebody hacked my card number. Everyone here pushes off the work and nobody actually helps. Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. I will be closing my account if I can actually get somebody to do their job and assist me.

Amanda in the drive thru has the worst customer service! Screen clicked on n off so fast I never was able to tell her what I wanted done with my transaction. Seen her texting on her cell while I waited. Very rude and short. Just stopped there between errands- thanks to Amanda I will never do my business at this bank again - I will go to my regular BMO Harris bank.

Been a member for years since original M\\u0026I bank. Set up an account about two years ago, had an issue this week where it turns out they set it up wrong two years ago totally misrepresenting the account. Had an issue with bill pay this week where theiy have lost an important check in rhe mail over 3 days now, zero attempt to make it right. Blame the post office, blaming the weather, next im going to hear a dog ate it. They Want to charge me to cancel the check. Terrible. Im closing my account. Zero stars

Worst experience ever with a branch and a bank. Let's begin. 1st they signed me up for overdraft protection credit card, when I specifically sign the form I was waiving it and didn't want it. They promptly took it off after I found it. 2nd they gave me a debit card, I put in my pin, and it never worked so they had to reissue. then when they reissued they sent me 2 cards in the mail with different numbers. When I asked why they didn't have a response and just simply took the other card and threw it away after telling me they were both active, WTH? 3rd, and probably the most excruciating. over the past 2 months they have been taking money out of my account for various bill pays that "Haven't went through". They indicate that they have went through, but now I have 10+ Bill pay accounts I have to go through after receiving late notices from 1, and discovering in the 2 months I've been at this bank they haven't paid the other. The credit cards seem to be paid, but this raises doubt that will none the less consume hours of my time. Going to be closing my account here once this is over with. Trash hole bank.
