Not a national so great personal service

We have taken our vehicle here twice, and both times we did not have a good experience. The first time we took our car, they fixed things without calling us and getting approval prior to making the fixes. We decided to give them grace and go back a second time (our mistake). This time, they fixed a whole bunch of problems, and when we left the car was driving worse than when we brought it in, so we brought it back. They tried to blame it on tires that we had on our car and when they rotated it and said that's why the car is pulling. We had them check it out again, turns out they found a part they 'had missed' that needed to be fixed. They said they would only charge us for parts, but in looking at the receipt they charged us labor as well. We will not be going back to this place for anything again.
As an unrelated note to the business side, the owner (I think) is not nice to his dog that is sometimes chained up outside, which made me VERY uncomfortable while waiting for my car. I understand training your dog, but the tone and the actions towards the dog says a lot about the person and this was not a kind way to treat any animal, training or not.

If you value your car, stay clear of this place.Between improperly installed oil filters (yes oil leaked all over my drive way, all of it) and then forgetting to put oil back in after they installed the oil filter, I am done with this place.Sketchy people, terrible service, and less than ideal pricing.
