Every person working at the window is rude, entitled and lacks common decency. I am amazed there is still a post office here. Customer service is non existent.

Called the Belleville post office about our upcoming move and seeking advice about post office box and forwarding our mail-- they were super helpful, took time with my questions and offered a great solution. Very helpful!!!

Many in the new Baker's Woods development have packages placed in the wrong mailbox and/or misplaced altogether. 1. We all have our mailboxes conveniently in clusters. 2. Our names are written on the inside of each door. This shouldn't be constantly happening.

Was literally delivered an empty box, stopped down at the post office 102 S Vine St, Belleville, WI 53508, was told flat out, I did not do that, It's not my problem with total indifference.

Live in a neighborhood where 98% of the homes have a covered porch. Having said this, couldn't understand that ONLY the USPS was leaving packages outside by garage doors instead of on the porch. Saw mail driver do this and went outside and asked why this was. It was explained to me that they don't have to put packages on the porch, as I stood in the pouring rain with my package outside on the ground, in front of my garage door!!!!! The package was getting rained on!!! Ridiculous!!!

Rude AF! Also with Covid having to drop packages in the back they have misplaced one package and delayed the shipping 3 days, and literally lost another! Made a formal complaint with USPS about this location. I suggest you do the same. I have moved on to using the Madison location near Woodman's west, or My Horeb. Both are very friendly and don't lose packages.. unbelievable.

Packages take a while to go through even after the post office has received it, does not always come to my house the same day.
