3 weeks I had the vehicle and the key broke off. I had to call a locksmith on a Sunday. I called to ask if any of that was covered and to call me back, it's Tuesday and still no call. All they care about is getting rid of the vehicle.

Where to even start?Sold me a 2010 Chevy Traverse for 8K. Overpaid yes…. But only for the6MO/6000 mile powertrain/Transmission warranty he was selling with it!I should have known something was wrong right away when I went to pick up the SUV, it was an empty tank of gas. Bernie then laughed when I asked why it wasn’t full, and went on about his diet at Kwik trip across the street. A little annoyed, I decided to fill up the $80 worth of gas. As I was filling up the gas, the windows stopped working…. I immediately went over to Bernie, who gave me some story already.Not even 38 days later we have an engine code for timing chain, transmission and service ESC on the car. Front brake pads were almost non existent, when my wife asked about the DVD player Bernie said “it should work”…. It doesnt.Went to go file the warranty claim on the transmission that needs to be done, I’m getting a run around on 3 different excuses as to why my claim is being denied.1st they said “our warranty only covers the engine”2nd they said our warranty was only 3 months 3,000 miles… HA it’s only been 38 days and under 700 miles driven since bought!3rd they said theres a 45 day waiting period for filing ??♂️??♂️I then call “Great Auto Deals WI” and Bernie and tell them the situation. He said he would ahold of the owner Josh, and get back to me. 3:30 came and I still haven’t heard from them, quite irritated, and upset with my wife and child not having reliable transportation at this point, I called Bernie and he didn’t have answers. I then got upset with Bernie and told him we will have 3 options moving forward.1 You fix it under the warranty2buy the truck back3 legal actionHe took the legal action route after telling me to buy a transmission and he will put it in or he can buy one for me and I can have it put in wherever I want.Anyone want to try to get in on a class action? After seeing the reviews recently I’m sure I could get a few of Bernie’s upset customers to join me.

I spent 10k on a car just last Tuesday. I've had continuous electrical issues from no headlights to no defrost only blows from the head option no feet. strange noises coming from behind the technology cluster, radio lights and dash lights glitching. I sent proof and expressed all these issues within 72 hrs. Was told by Bernie that the owner refuses to do anything at all, and the extended warranty I was sold does not cover that. The way ive been talked to and communicated with is unacceptable.
