They can give vaccinations and put your beloved pet to sleep. Anything in between they are useless and don't know what to do. Don't even bother with them, trust me.

The way this staff went above and beyond during our visit july 1st 2022. I will definitely be going back here for my animal needs. The ladies that worked with my family were super supportive and understanding of the situation. Don't think there was a dry eye in the room that day. Thank you so much. R.I.P Nod

ThisClinicHas been taken over by new Young crew.I was a customer of this clinic for over 25 years And was always able to get my animal taken care of in a reasonable amount of time this include dogs cats and livestockRecently I had a dog with a severe ear infection that seem to have developed overnight and they didn't want to see him because I didn't have an appointment it was a Friday they tried to schedule for the following Wednesday I was able to get dog to another vet that morning. The infection was severe and I dont think he would have survived until the following wednesday.And if I would have insisted on a appt that day. I would be charged an extra $100.Today they lost me as a customer after all the years and that included my 3 dogs. 2 cats and sheep. There is no compassion for animals, it's just business.

Our pup made friends with a porcupine (not really) the staff at the clinic were able to fit us in on short notice. They were very friendly and courteous and had Bon on the road to recovery in quick order !

Been here a few times now. Very clean and organized. Staff is great and haven't pushed unnecessary products and procedures. Feel comfortable having our pet doctored here.

I called the clinic at 3:15 and asked if they had an emergency walk in, that my dog has just ingested Tom cat rat poison. She said to come in, I arrived at 3:20. It was almost 4pm before they brought in the hydrogen peroxide. My dog then did puke up several pieces of green poison, the vetranarian was informed. I am still sitting here waiting for someone to even let me know what's going on! It is 5:15pm.From what I read online there are several things they could be doing for my puppy!I will never be back here, I pray my dog is going to be ok.....The vetranarian showed no concern, and was very judgmental.Absolutely horrifying experience!

this goes with my fiance post. we got the most amazing card and saying in the mail from them because of our shelby passing away. they have gone way out of their way to do what they can for us. our other dog is definitely going through them.

On Christmas Eve, our miniature dachshund Frank was struck by a car after he breached our chain link fence, while outside going potty. Our family had 4 pets under their care. All of our pets were fully insured for $15,000 per year each. I called after hours, but I was told they only come out for large animals after hours and they referred me to Eau Claire. This was all while Frank still had a heart beat. I called the Chetek Vet Clinic, which had no obligation to me whatsoever and Dr. Staff answered and said if there was any chance, he would be on the way to help. Unfortunately, after all of this, Frank passed. So as long as your pet is large enough, take them here because size matters here. Small loving pets don't pay their bills I guess.
