I came in looking for a phone case.And I didn’t think customer service was a thing anymore, until I overheard Sammy working with a Hispanic customer, and she was so accommodating and patient.She communicated with him so well and understood his needs and concerns, and was able to translate beautifully.I appreciate seeing someone with such passion for a job!Great job Sammy!

Went to get a case and screen protector from us cellular and it was over $100. Walked across the street to cricket and they had them both for $40 and the lady put on the glass protector for me too! Great service and good price. I'm a happy customer

Wow, I can't believe the money I am saving with 4 lines of full unlimited voice, data and text. I am paying almost half of what I was before at US Cellular. I met Samantha, the store clerk, in a convenience store and she told me she works at Cricket. I asked her how much 4 lines cost and I thought she was lying to me. I stopped by a couple days later and she showed me and promised my bill per month would not be a penny more than what she said. I have gotten two bills now and she was right on. I even got some kind of $50 discount from the federal government that make my bill about 1/4 of my old plan at US Cellular. There is no cancellation fee and I see no difference in cell coverage over US Cellular.

After telling the gentlemen i needed to lower my bill down one plan he didnt do it they still shut my phone off then turned around and told me i have to pay to have my phone turned back when it was their mistake definitely not happy about it at all and at this point i am looking at switching companies again switched because they had good reviews and my family uses this company but i am very upset with them and dont recommend them to anyone
