Fast and straight to the point! I would and will go back in the future for most any issues with my Jeep7/27/21Edit: well I hit a deer and went to have an estimate done at someone closer to my house since my Jeep was limping. I then called Caflisch and told him my quote over the phone. He said he could try and do better for a quote and to bring it by.It was worth taking it further to Caflisch and much cheaper than trying to stay closer to home. I’m so glad I found Caflisch Auto!!He has saved me a few times with other vehicles. Wish it would let me write a new review each time I’ve used Caflisch Auto.Fair and quality work and fast - 5 stars ⭐️

Had a flat and needed it fixed. Stopped in to ask if they had time to fix the flat and tire available. And all the guy said is no. So I asked do you have the tire and he said I’m gonna say no. Didn’t even bother to look and see just flat out said no

Excellent honest mechanic, affordable prices. Was referred by a friend of mine and took my car in for service, did an excellent job, and even when I couldn't drive my car for another problem, he was nice enough to make a house call, and serviced it at my house.

Clint does an awesome job! He is honest, does great work and is dependable. Since finding Caflisch I always go to him first for any of my car issues. He has been working on my family cars for years and I have no problem referring people to him.He has never upsold, and will make a little fix when needed when other places will take advantage of the situation and replace unnecessary parts and overcharge.Found my mechanic!Services: General repairs & maintenance

I was stuck at the quick trip in Baraboo with a flat tire when to put air in my tire and the stem came out. Call these guys they were out there in minutes check my tire off went and repaired it and brought it back all within less than 45 minutes I had been at a loss and did not know what to do these guys were awesome thank you so very much

Clint Caflisch is the owner of and sole mechanic at this establishment. It's messy and is in no way set up to receive customers, and when I walked in, Clint walked towards me with a look on his face that insinuated that he presumed I was lost and had no other business for being in there. He also doesn't make a habit of answering his listed business phone, and I even witnessed him ignore the phone ringing, almost as if to say that if something's really that important, the caller will just come in to the shop. Every characteristic of his place and his demeanor indicates that Caflisch is a very neighborhood shop with a very neighborhood set of clientele that come in on the regular. Clint does all the work by himself, so I'm guessing he really doesn't "need" the business that could be accrued if he portrayed his business more like a storefront and a little less like a grimy garage. I'm glad I took a chance, though, despite what by conventional standards would be an unwelcoming vibe because he did right by me. It's taken me a while to pick up when people are trying to hustle me because I'm an unassuming little woman who's lousy with "tool stuff", but I think I've almost gotten it figured out. Clint was helpful and sincere and didn't give me the run-around at all. He checked my tire tread and even checked my rotors. He ran a diagnostic on a concern of mine, and he even called as I was on my way back to pick up my car because he was concerned that I was caught in the rain. He only charged me for the oil change. Good dude. Just make sure to leave a message when you call. Or just pop in.

Do not buy a car from this guy! He sold a car to me saying that he looked it over and it was all good, a week later the transmission was shifting so hard I took it to a different mechanic. It was low on tranny fluid! What kind of mechanic doesnt check the transmission fluid before he sells a car!?!? The guys who change my oil even check the transmission fluid! It takes like 2 seconds!!
