It turned out I didn't need it, because after a few miles of driving with the windows down, the smell was completely gone!

When she got there she was treated with respect and any questions that she had asked were answered in a way that she understood which was greatly appreciated. Being a family business, it's completely understandable that the employees were dealing with their own grief at a time like that. I've changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars to allow for what the employees were dealing with at the time and I will give them another chance. (I don't know how this place has kept a 4.6 rating! Lousy customer relations. Awful customer service. We had an appointment to have the air conditioning looked at. It was set for 10:30am on a Wednesday. When we got there they verified that we had the appointment, then asked us to come back on Monday. We called on Monday morning to find out what time to bring it in and were told that no appointment was set up! What a colloidal waste of time! We took it elsewhere. Never again!)”
