Atrocious service. I called in a prescription yesterday and was told it would be ready today. So I go pick it up today, and they tell me that they put it on hold "in case you didn't come get it." Fine, I'll come get it when it's ready in 20 minutes that they quote me. I come back 20 minutes later and guess what! They might not even have enough of this medication! They have an open bottle, but it might not have enough so they have to count it first and THEN they MIGHT have my prescription filled and ready. They're lucky this medication isn't life-sustaining because if my life depended on it, I would die and Walgreens would be to blame. Don't use this pharmacy, go up the road to one of the other pharmacies that value you.

I'm an understanding and patient person. I worked retail for years, so I understand what customer service is like. But I have never seen a place more poorly run than the pharmacy at this Walgreens. I stood in line here 5 times in 3 days, for at least 30 minutes each time, trying to get the same prescription. When I was FINALLY able to get it, I brought it home and realized that they'd only given me 30 days of a 90 day fill. The sticker on the bottle said 90, the receipt said 90, I paid for 90, but I only received 30 pills. So now I have to go back and stand in that massive line AGAIN, for a 6th time, and hope that they'll give me my missing pills. This has been a nightmare of a week because of this pharmacy. Unfortunately, I can't go to a different brick and mortar company because my insurance won't cover it. I'll be pulling all my prescriptions in the future and only going through my mail pharmacy.

I've been a Walgreens fan for a long time, pretty much always had meds picked up from this location even as a child.I simply cannot support a store that refuses to do right by their workers, the ones that bring all wealth to their company. Stand in solidarity with the strike and get your stuff from elsewhere. These corporate rats will keep taking and taking from working people until serious change is made across all industries.ALL POWER TO ALL PEOPLE

Called and spoke to pharmacist regarding the urgency of my prescription. She told me it would be ready the following morning. Because I was ill I had my son go out of his way to pick it up for me. He went in the evening. Of course it was not ready. This has happened so often. The people who work in pharmacy always get an attitude…not even an apology. I am so done with Walgreens. This is true of other locations also.

If only 0 or a negative star was allowed. I have never experienced soooo many issues with a pharmacy. Hours of waiting, can't find FILLED meds, haven't filled because they're too busy, excuses after excuses! Everyone else is busy too but days and weeks to fill prescriptions and they still can't do their darn job. When you close your drive through and only allow instore pick up, do your job effectively and efficiently! Moving my prescription elsewhere because no one competent works at this pharmacy.

Not a single competent worker at the pharmacy. Never once have I had a prescription on time or even within the same 3 hour window that it says it should be available in. Ridiculous. I know the company is having issues, but teaching their 50+ year old staff customer service shouldn't be their responsibility. You've had over 3 decades to learn it. It you can't, that's a personal problem and the company should have never hired you.

Felt extremely uncomfortable shopping for my deodorant and lip balm at this Walgreens. One of the workers just stared at me for literally 10 seconds straight, so creepy, never coming here again. I didn’t spend $30 dollars on deodorant and lip balm to get stared at as if I’m stealing something.

Walgreens employees are doing a fantastic job especially given how busy the Northland location is. Great job Northland Walgreens employees. Especially great job in the pharmacy!!!!!

Walgreens has really gone downhill. I always call in my prescriptions early, yet they never seem to be ready. I’ve gone days without my medication, and had to deal with withdrawals. I ended up switching to a different pharmacy, where I actually get my meds on time, and with better customer service!

Drive thru never open. Just what I want to do is go in and pick up meds with all the sick people inside picking up theirs! Husband's doc called in script took FOUR days for back pain! Saw 2 docs lately and even they knew about this place's issues. Every other Walgreens are closed on weekends and my husband is stuck using Walgreens. Close one of the many others around and get some staff in this suppose to be 24/7 place IF that is the issue....

Worst customer service ever! I get that they are understaffed and incredibly busy, but that’s absolutely no justification to be rude, or not helpful. This on top of waiting a week or longer to have your prescription even filled. If I wasn’t tied to them through my Medicare plan, I’d switch pharmacy’s!!!

Absolutely horrible. 3rd time using this location, and definitely the last.Waited in line for one hour- said our prescriptions weren't ready, checked their computer and said "oh it was ready but we can't find it, and your other one was sent to a different location".Never using this location again.

As I'm standing in line I was shocked to see that walgreens is selling a 2 pack of Narcan for almost 45 dollars. Save your money AND a life, it's completely free at Vivent Health on wisconsin ave. Their address is 633 W Wisconsin Ave, Appleton, WI 54911.

Almost lost my medication technician job because they couldn't fill an important medication telling me my insurance wouldn't cover it when they already did cover it. Had to pick it up on my break which I waited an hour in line for, effectivly upsetting my boss despite the fact I wouldn't be able to work my job without that medication due to the withdrawals I get from it. I understand their pharmacists are striking, Walgreens pay your employees more so people don't suffer!!! You can CLEARLY afford to!!! I'll have to switch pharmacies to avoid this happening again. I can't imagine what burden this puts on people with conditions like cancer!

Amazing service! Guy was very nice and quick and treated us much better than the Walgreens on college. Explained to me what college did to us was them not being able to pull a box off the shelf. He made my experience a lot better!
